We came here for lunch on a Sunday and had a great experience! The hostess helped accommodate us because we needed a high chair for our toddler! Our waiter was kind and attentive! He brought us water and we decided to order drinks. I got a mimosa and my husband got a negroni and both were great! We ordered a carb cake for appetizer and it was so delicious! For our entrées, we got steak and the kampai roll and wow they were both delicious! We also ordered sides, waffle fries, broccoli and mac and cheese! Our son loved the mac and cheese! The waffle fries and broccoli so good! Everything here was delicious! The bathroom was clean and smelled so nice! They had a candle burning! They also have a changing table! We can't wait to come back already!

    Happy our Fries are huge!

Great, upscale happy hour but get there early to get a spot because it gets busy! Happy hour is until 5:30 but to be safe I would try to get there by 4:00 if you can. Service was awesome all night. They really elevated the experience which sometimes could be chaotic during happy hour. The martini is $18 on happy hour, not exactly a deal, but with the "side car" of almost another pour of the drink it is worth the price. The BLVD burger was pretty good but I would try something different next time. The fries were massive and filled us up quickly so we didn't order more items. Worth a stop for sure if looking for a newish spot in the area.

Beautiful dinner at Blvd Steak Sunday night. Delicious food. Ordered oysters, branzino, pretzel bread, broccoli. A nice wine by the glass. Highly recommend if you're looking to impress. Attentive service. Lovely comfortable setting. No valet needed which I prefer. Will return.

I've been here for lunch and for DineLA - I'd compare BLVD Steak to STK (the one in Woodland Hills, not Vegas). It's a good steakhouse by Valley standards, in short, but offers much more than just meat which I like. The interior is new and appealing and green. The furniture is comfy and aesthetically pleasing. We preferred to sit indoors in one of their booths. Bar seating and patio seating are also available. My picks: Salmon Dry Miso, Steak Tartare, Crispy Broccolini, and Shoestring Fries. I was less keen on the BLVD Burger and Strawberry Kale Salad, but the rest of my table raved about them. If we were a hungrier group, we would have split the bone-in ribeye, which seemed like a popular item. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but to be expected for a steakhouse and an eatery in Calabasas. Service was efficient, no complaints. Free parking all around the Calabasas Commons, or else there's valet just nearby. BLVD Steak is near King's Fish House in the far corner of the Commons.

Second visit to BLVD and this time it was just a great experience all around. The staff was great and attentive, the General Manager was very kind and welcoming, and 2 kind patrons paid for our bill as a total and complete surprise at the end of the night!! Stand outs of the night that we enjoyed-- a great sushi roll selection in which was a staff recommendation and the fries were completely amazing. Crispy and coated well, delicious little shoestring strips of happiness!!! Will definitely be back and look forward to trying a few new things next time.

Came for Dine in LA. The Place- Very nice with a good size outdoor patio. The Service- Friendly and attentive. Parking- Shares a very large lot with a lot of other businesses. The Food- 1) Salmon Dry Miso- I liked it but thought it was too lemony which is weird because I like lemon. Would try something different next time. 2) Tuna Crispy Rice- Very good and I would recommend. 3) Kampai Roll- Good and I would get it again. 4) BLVD Burger- Delicious and recommended. I suggest getting extra truffle aioli to put on both you burger and the fries.

Blvd Steak really exceeded my expectations for our Valentines reservation, and the food, service, and ambiance was over the top outstanding. We ordered a lemon drop and peach martini, to go with the king crab legs, and dry aged bone-in 16oz ribeye, with a side of mashed potatoes and shoestring fries. Everything was delicious, and perfectly cooked. Considering how busy it was during dinner, the team were constantly attentive. If you're ever in the Calabasas area, the Commons shopping district has plenty of options for dining including Blvd Steak.

DineLA lunch deal for $35 (appetizer, entree, and dessert) - worthhh! Yummy and generous portions as well. Was able to walk in on a Tuesday around 12PM for a group of 7. Appetizers: - Salmon Dry Miso: miso was subtle, but overall refreshing. - Wagyu Meatball: flavorful but slightly dry towards the center. plenty of sauce tho! - Caesar Salad: can't go wrong with caesar salads. perfect amount of dressing. and the roasted garlic croutons?! toasty - the perf texture - and tasty - wish there were more. but the salad itself was definitely shareable. recommend! Entree: - Kampai roll: THICK rolls. fish tasted fresh and always appreciate avocados on rolls lol. loved the crispy wontons on top as well! recommend! - BLVD burger: patty was also THICK and perfectly cooked. I had mine medium well whilst my friends had theirs medium (nice pink all the way through!) The brioche bun was also nicely toasted. Half the burger was enough to fill me up at this point! fries were on the saltier end but also nicely crisped. recommend! Dessert: - strawberry butter cake (complimentary for a bday): not too sweet, served warm, and soooo fluffy and melts in your mouth. very good! - lemon sorbet (w blackberry? sauce): tangy without being overly sour, refreshing... served in a cup filled with ice and the brims overfilling! hard to finish b/c of how full i was, but still was able to because it was so good Attentive and friendly staff. Would def come back, esp for occasions!

Stopped by for their great Dine LA lunch deal For $35 pp you get your choice of a starter, main, and dessert. I went with... Starter: salmon dry miso* yuzu, dried miso, olive oil Main: BIVD burger* westholme wagyu, fontina, arugula, truffle aioli, crispy shallots, shoestring fries Dessert: vanilla ice cream The salmon was fresh and had a good amount of acidity. Plus the dried miso gave it a good texture. The burger was really good! Juicy and cooked how I asked. The bun was soft and airy and the truffle aioli gave it some decadence. The fries were hot and crispy and yes I did dip them into my vanilla ice cream for dessert. It's a nice restaurant with very attentive staff. My waiter always checked in, bussers were keeping an eye out for dirty/empty dishes. Even management came by to see how things were going. I felt taken care of and very full!

Spaghetti Al Limone, too much sauce

We were sat outside on their patio. Everything started off great. Chase, our server seemed attentive and then not. Brought out appetizers and salads quickly, then it was the longest wait for dinner. Almost a 30 min stretch between starters and dinner. Attentiveness plummeted to 0 because we never saw him. He literally forgot about us. Water glasses were empty, no bus boys filling glasses. And when food arrived, under cooked steak, over cooked shrimp, and under cooked spaghetti al limone and oily and too saucy for that matter. Paid $300 for 2 items that were not eaten. Awful. The vibe is the only thing it's good for, plus guest attire is like dining at the Cheesecake Factory except Cheesecake Factory has better food and better prices.

Location 4 stars: At the Commons shopping plaza in the Old Town area of Calabasas, California, off of Calabasas Road and Park Granada. It is located near the King's Fish House, on the Northeast side of the plaza. They have paid Valet parking on busier nights (but they were not there on a Sunday when I visited). There is also free self-parking on the premises, but you may have to walk a bit as the closer spaces are hard to come by. Venue 4.5 stars: Beautiful, contemporary and upscale setting with indoor tables and booths, outdoor tables and a nice large bar area. Lively, happening vibe. The background music is louder than your average restaurant, so you'll need to talk over the music to keep a conversation going. They take reservations on their website and on Resy. BTW this is the same ownership as Taisho and Casitas restaurants on Ventura Blvd, and they do also have another BLVD location on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks. Service 4.5 stars: Super friendly and professional Maître d. Polite and professional server and bussers. Our server was attentive for the most part, but the service ended abruptly once the check was paid :D We were celebrating two birthdays and received two complimentary desserts which was super nice and much appreciated! They do add a 3% California Wages and Benefits surcharge to the check. My issue with this is why not simply add this 3% to the prices on the menu so that diners are aware? Food 3 stars: Modern American cuisine with international influences and a variety of Steaks. We had the Tuna Tartare and the Wagyu Meatball as appetizers, and the French Dip, the Faroe Island Salmon and the Spaghetti and Meatball as our main plates. The main plates do NOT come with any sides at all, so we ended up ordering separate side dishes which are expensive for what they are. We ordered the Shoestring Fries and the Chipotle Lime Corn, for $16 each. Taste wise, both the Salmon and the Prime Rib (in the French Dip) were way too salty. Not sure what happened there but we would humbly suggest to the chef to hold back on the salt :D The Au Jus for the French Dip also tasted burned. Drinks 3 stars: Large assortment of unique and beautiful-looking specialty cocktails, full bar, wine and soft drinks. The drinks are quite expensive ($28 for a Manhattan, $26 for the Martini, and the least expensive glass of Cabernet for $26). We had the White Negroni (unique concept and pretty presentation (see pic) but overly sweet and no hint of the gin), and a glass of the Thomas George Pinot Noir. The Last Word 3.5 stars: The decor, the vibe and the service are certainly excellent. To approach 5 stars, they should work on the food and the drinks. It would have also been nice if their prices were a bit more manageable and that the 3% surcharge is done away with.

Was expected much better. Very good location and restaurant looks nice. Very loud inside so we sad outside which was very nice. Drink and food presentation was pretty bad. My wife order med an old fashion and it looked and tasted horrible. They used small regular ice in there. We ordered some appetites as well as some sushi and their BLVD wage burger with a side Caesar. Best thing we had was the shoestring fries. They were pretty good. Every else was nothing special.

Vibe is amazing and the staff is passionate and welcoming! Tasha was so friendly and gave great recommendations for things to try and was super attentive. The food was absolutely amazing! We tried the sushi options and were blown away how delicious it was. Can't wait to go back and try more items.

($18 - Hangar 1 Mandarin Blossom Vodka, cold-pressed pineapple juice, fresh raspberry purée, lime juice fresh mint topper). I'm not a big drinker and am a fan of drinks that you can't really taste the alcohol and this was great. It was a fun to drink and was refreshing. For our entree my friend had the Fish & Chips. ($27 - Crispy haddock fillet, sea salt fries, tartar sauce, grilled lemon). I tried a piece of her fish and it was thinly battered, soft, and flavorful. I usually try to stay away from fried fish like this just because places use way too much better or the fish gets super oily but they was not the case with their fish & chips. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I had the 4 piece Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice. ($34 - Fresh ahi, dynamite sauce, wasabi tobiko, togarashi, toasted sesame). Oh my goodness was this delicious. This is usually something you'd eat as an appetizer but eating it alone is a meal in itself. Yes, it's pricey BUT it is totally worth it. Saint & Second is an upscale dining experience. Their food delivers to that level as well. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new date night spot or something intimate with friends. You can really taste the freshness of all the ingredients they use.

However, in my two most recent visits, only the atmosphere has remained a highlight -- the service has declined significantly. My most recent visit was two nights ago, on Father's Day, for a celebratory dinner. Our server was curt and unwelcoming throughout the meal. When my glass of wine arrived, the server suggested I taste it first -- which I did -- and it was immediately apparent that the wine had turned. Having ordered the same wine many times before without issue, I was confident this particular bottle was off. When I asked our server if the bartender could open a fresh bottle, she agreed without hesitation. However, moments later, a gentleman I assumed to be the manager approached and informed me that a new bottle would not be opened, as the current one had only been opened the day before and was, in his opinion, fine. His only alternative was to offer the same varietal at a higher price point. I understand that restaurants may have policies regarding open bottles, but in all my years of dining out, I have never encountered an establishment that refused to replace a glass of wine a guest found unacceptable -- especially when the server herself had encouraged me to taste it for that very reason. This experience left a lasting negative impression, and unfortunately I will neither return nor recommend this restaurant going forward.

Paris, our server, was an absolute ray of sunshine. We decided to share a variety of dishes, which turned out to be the perfect way to experience the menu. I don't eat meat, but my fellow diners could not stop talking about the Braised Short Rib Rolled Lasagna. The Lemon Gnocchi was light and delicate, the beet salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the Crispy Squash Blossoms stuffed with ratatouille were absolutely delicious. The Cold Hamachi Aguachile was probably the most interesting dish of the night. It's almost like a fish snow cone, which sounds odd until you try it. My mom would call it "moreish" because every bite makes you want another. The Jumbo Prawns à la Plancha were also excellent. But the standout for me was the Eggplant Parmesan. It was completely over the top in the best possible way. If you told me to come back and order nothing but the eggplant and a martini, I'd happily call that dinner. What really stood out beyond the food was the pacing. Dishes arrived at just the right rhythm, the cocktails were excellent, and the playlist somehow added to the atmosphere without competing with the conversation. I took photos of everything, which should tell you how beautiful the food was, but the best part was simply having a genuinely fun evening with friends. Great food, great service, and a restaurant I'll absolutely be back to.

First, parking is rough. And by rough, I mean practically nonexistent. If valet is available, use it. If valet is full, good luck finding a spot nearby. The restaurant is much larger than it appears from the outside and has a great atmosphere for watching a game. The place was packed, but our server was outstanding. Given the crowd, especially during the World Cup match, the service was impressive and easily one of the highlights of the evening. The drink menu offers a large selection of beers and spirits. The cocktails were decent, though nothing particularly memorable. As for the food, it was mostly average. The pork belly tasted more like carnitas, which wasn't necessarily bad, just not what I expected. The cheese balls received mixed reviews at our table. I thought they could have used a little more seasoning, but I was in the minority on that one. The crab cakes were small and, for me, lacked the most important ingredient--crab. Opinions were split at the table, but they didn't work for me. The house chips had a nice texture, although the frying oil tasted like it may have been due for a change. The smash burger was decent but nothing special. The steak frites were okay; I believe it was hanger steak, so take that for what it's worth. The shredded beef sliders were also just okay. Overall, I'd definitely return if I was in the area to watch a game and have a few drinks. The atmosphere and service make it worth a visit. Came in last night to celebrate a friend's birthday (they have happy hour all day Mon-Wed) and was pleasantly surprised. My friends started off ordering the HH guava margaritas, which they enjoyed. I ordered the coconut margarita (not on HH) a must !!!! Not overwhelmingly sweet and tasty! We ordered and rated the following dishes: Guacamole: 9/10 HH tinga Nachos: 7.5/10 (flavor was there but most chips were burnt) HH Taquitos papas: 9/10 great flavor and sauce HH steak tacos: 7.5/10 the corn and portion of meat to the taco was very good. The steak a little well done for my liking. Enchiladas verde: 9/10 great portion honestly enough for two to share. Rice and beans were okay. Beans a bit salty and rice was a bit bland. Would definitely come back for the apps and drinks! They also have brunch which looks like fun.

When we got there, there was a DJ playing 80s/90s throwbacks. It was good music and vibes, but it was quite loud, we could barely hear ourselves speak. Luckily he wasn't there too long, as brunch-time was over. We ordered Mango margaritas, chips & salsa, birria tacos, tinga taquitos, elote, and chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Every single thing was delicious. I was highly impressed. This place will definitely be in the rotation. If I didn't live so far away, I would go for happy hour.

Majority of the people sat inside. We opted for outside which there was another guy already there. It did take a little while till we got served. Didn't know if it was better to go back inside to order or just wait till he saw us. It was a little wait but he did finally come outside to take our order. Just a simple beer this visit. Normally we opt for their cocktails which has always been nice. But beer list, they only had one on tap. I don't know if it's the only beer they have available period. We did overhear someone asking about the cocktails and if they could make it less sweet. But found out that they're premixed. The area is quite beautiful outside with the flowers overflowing at the bar. Nice outdoor patio with covered tables seating. There used to be a nice tree right in the middle but has been removed, maybe it died. There's also a nice water feature. Between inside or outside, outside was nicer in my opinion. Inside is more of a bar experience. And the bartender was sweet and friendly.

They use a tasty Sourdough bread, sliced not too thick, not too thin. Filled with roasted beets, chevre, fig jam, and balsamic vinegar. FULL of beets, roasted to perfection. Fig jam takes this sandwich from good to great. Walnuts in the jam add a surprising crunch. Vinegar balances the chevre. Often grilled cheese sandwiches in restaurants are oozing cheese, so I was delighted this is light on the cheese, the perfect amount to add flavor without detracting from the star ingredients. Sandwiches come with a side of fries which can be upgraded to another side for a nominal fee. The Sweet Potato Tater Tots are delightful, not greasy, not heavy, generous portion. We get them without the truffle oil. Valerie took excellent care of us. Her extensive knowledge of the menu and good suggestions were so valuable. She creates a welcoming friendly atmosphere. Large dog friendly patio with comfy seats around firepits, on quiet street perfect for outdoor dining.

We got a spot around the firepit and our server Valerie took good care of and recommended the crispy chicken wings which were excellent. You can get them with 4-5 different sauces -- I choose Buffalo with a side of carrots and ranch. Oh, the sweet potato tots were also on point. The g/f loved her Beets w/ Goat Cheese grilled sandwich -- they have alot of other Grilled Cheese options too. It was quiet when we arrived around 6:30pm so there is plenty of room for your group. Most people were sitting at the bar having drinks -- but we liked it outside. 3 Beers on tap including a Modelo and TONS of Bourbon/Whiskey options. Oh, don't park at the post office next door especially after they close -- as we got a warning that we could be towed next time. This place should be more crowded as it's perfect for happy hour in a relaxed setting. C'mon Yelpers -- only 27 reviews?? Time to get Toasted!
