As a business professional if you were in the wrong, you should make every effort to ensure that I'm made whole. Instead of reserving the charges on her end, she advises me to contact the bank and they 'would be willing to reverse $20'...sounds a bit fishy to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It seemed like the makeup artist had "one mode". I walked by at one point and politely asked if we'd be able to tone down the makeup and the artist shockingly said "I don't like it when people get up in my space." The final look was then overly heavy and explicitly not what we had asked for / provided photos of. On the actual wedding day, Kathy was punctual and very patient with my bridesmaids. She had done my sister's makeup first and then redid it completely over when my sister got really emotional (happy tears!) and cried away all her makeup. I was so happy with my makeup. I got them done in salons or just did them by myself and tweezed the hell out of them. When i first started going to Valencia, she assured me that she would be able to fix them, but told me that I couldn't touch them in order for her to make them grow out. It took a couple months but she made my eyebrows grow out to their full length and completely reshaped them to make them look amazing. I get compliments on my eyebrows at least 2 times a day.
