She told me it was before 9 minutes, I tried to explain the situation, but the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or even speak to me respectfully, she basically told me there was nothing she could do and sent me away. The way they treat their customers is completely unacceptable. I was a regular customer who came here often, but after this experience, I will never step foot in this place again. There are plenty of other businesses that know how to treat their customers with basic courtesy and respect. Terrible customer service, incredibly rude treatment, and absolutely not worth coming back.

If another 18% is required, why isn't it included in that price? They mentioned the 18% in an email before my appointment, but they called it a tip, so I understood I could adjust the amount after the service. At checkout, I was told I couldn't change it because the 18% was company policy. If customers cannot choose the amount, please stop calling it a tip. It is a required part of the service cost. California's Attorney General says that separately disclosing a mandatory percentage charge does not replace including it in the listed price. Sugared + Bronzed, please be honest and crystal clear about the full price customers will actually have to pay. Calling a compulsory charge a "gratuity" makes the listed price look lower and puts customers in an uncomfortable position at checkout. That conversation left me feeling pressured and disappointed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jenni. We came in for my teenage daughter's very first…read moreeyebrow shaping, and as a mom, I was probably more nervous about it than she was. I wanted someone who would understand that this wasn't about changing her face or giving her a completely new brow shape, I just wanted her natural brows gently cleaned up and preserved. Jenni was absolutely incredible from the moment we met her. She listened to everything we wanted, explained exactly what she was going to do before she did it, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and included throughout the entire appointment. She was incredibly careful and conservative with her brows and somehow managed to make them look polished and beautiful while still looking completely like HER. Nothing was overdone, nothing was too thin, and nothing felt "grown up" or inappropriate for a teenager. It was exactly what I had hoped for. But what really made the experience special was Jenni herself. She is genuinely one of the sweetest, warmest, most personable people you could meet. She wasn't simply providing a service, she was caring for my daughter. She talked to her, reassured her, made her laugh, explained things to her, and treated her with so much kindness and patience. You can immediately tell that she cares deeply about the people sitting in her chair. There are people who are excellent at what they do, and then there are people who somehow make you feel lucky that you crossed paths with them. Jenni is both. For a teenager's first brow experience, I honestly cannot imagine having chosen anyone better. My daughter walked out feeling beautiful, confident, and still completely herself, and as her mom, that meant everything to me. KD Brows is incredibly lucky to have Jenni. She is talented, thoughtful, gentle, professional, caring, and just an all-around beautiful human being. We will absolutely be coming back to her.
