This place is pretty and I've heard many good reviews but I received Botox with the main area being…read moremy forehead. I received 60-70 units of juvederm. I have received Botox many occasions before (Including juvederm) and have always had results. I normally get 50 units.. I don't see much improvement (if any) with my treatment here. It was a lot of money for this outcome. I contacted the spa about a touchup. They said since it was my first visit, they were more conservative with the amount of units used and that they would give me three units per area, complementary if I came back in. I don't see how it was conservative when it was more units than I've ever received. I drove 40 minutes to visit here and don't think an extra 3 units will do much considering my results. Excuse the weird photo angles

Booked a spa treatment for my fiancé for his birthday and did not see a package that included all…read moreof the items he prefers (90 min massage, scalp massage, foot massage) so I called to see if they offered a custom package or could modify one from their menu. The girl was very nice and a pleasure to speak with- she said they could do this and it would cost $270. I then asked her about a Florida resident promotion I also saw online, in which she said the discount could be applied to the total but that there was a 20% gratuity added as well, which is common. No issues. She asked for my cc number over the phone and I was happy to give it to her since I was booking this treatment as a birthday gift. The day comes and my fiancé goes to his appointment. He calls me after he leaves and asks if he was supposed to pay or if I had pre paid. I told him they did take my cc number when I booked it and I thought they would have charged it to that card since I did inform them it was a gift from me to him. He informed me he did have to pay for it and told me the price. I was not under the impression that it was going to be $379 or I would have sent him somewhere nicer. so I reimbursed him. I then called the spa to inform them that somehow he was not charged the correct amount - the receptionist informed me she would look into it and that they would have notes from the booking. After almost 2 weeks with no update, I reached back out to see if they were able to follow up with any information from the booking noted. The spa manager informed me that they don't give "pricing quotes" over the phone and that all of their prices are listed on their menu. I disappointed with how this was handled. My fiancé also said it is not worth what they are charging. You do get access to the onsite pool but there aren't any amenities at the actual spa (sauna, relaxation room, cold plunge, etc) Giving 2 stars because he said the treatment was decent but overpriced, the resort it self is nice, and the staff seem friendly although they didn't seem to take my inquiry seriously.

I chose Dr. Ronald Bush because of his reputation for thorough, compassionate venous care. With…read morelong‑standing leg symptoms and a recent CVI diagnosis, I expected a detailed evaluation. Instead, the appointment felt dismissive and incomplete from the start. Despite confirming ahead of time that I was covered as a Curative cash‑pay patient, I was told in the exam room that I "did not have insurance" and was questioned about payment. This immediately set an uncomfortable and unprofessional tone. The exam that followed was minimal. Dr. Bush performed a quick ultrasound on one vein in each leg and immediately dismissed my CVI diagnosis. No full ultrasound was offered, and none of my symptoms or the extensive steps I've taken to manage them were discussed. My concerns were redirected to an old spinal surgery, even though my neurologist has already ruled out spinal causes. When I explained that gabapentin didn't help, I was met with, "It made you feel better, didn't it?" -- not a meaningful clinical conversation. The only advice I received was that I "might feel better" if I lost weight, despite having already lost 80 lbs. I left feeling unheard and reduced to a number on a scale. Major symptoms that affect my daily life -- discoloration, numbness, swelling, throbbing, difficulty sitting, and constant pain -- were never explored. After driving nearly two hours each way to see a specialist known for thorough evaluations, I left without answers, without a plan, and without feeling respected as a patient. I will be seeking a second opinion.
