I saw the great reviews here for Chinook Bottle Depot and thought I'd check them out. The first thing I noticed is how quiet the machines were-no yelling to talk to the attendant. She gave me the exact amount for my bottles! And no line-ups! The second time I went, a man working there came out, brought a cart to my car, and helped me fill it up w/ my bottles. I've NEVER had this happen at any other depot. They have earned my patronage, and I will be driving the extra km to come here! Very impressed :)

If you use this depot, be sure to know how many items you are taking in. I won't be returning to this place. Not sure if it was dishonesty, or machine malfunction. They sort for you so all you have to do is dump your bag on the counter and away they go. The customer side of the counter is kept clean and the staff are constantly squeegeeing down the counters. The depot does have an odour of it's own, but it's not that rotten beer smell that you get at some bottle depots. I would recommend these guys any day!
