I saw the great reviews here for Chinook Bottle Depot and thought I'd check them out. The first thing I noticed is how quiet the machines were-no yelling to talk to the attendant. She gave me the exact amount for my bottles! And no line-ups! The second time I went, a man working there came out, brought a cart to my car, and helped me fill it up w/ my bottles. I've NEVER had this happen at any other depot. They have earned my patronage, and I will be driving the extra km to come here! Very impressed :)

However as the other customers are typically nice, someone else in line will help you get the machine to scan and dispense your money. If you use this depot, be sure to know how many items you are taking in. I won't be returning to this place. Not sure if it was dishonesty, or machine malfunction. I got to the Depot, took pictures, looked at the Online info site, swore a bit, swore alot & drove off & by the time I got home it was then just 4:o2 & guess what!!? I've been coming to this bottle depot for as long as I can remember…read more The staff here are usually pretty friendly and they work their asses off to get you out quick. They sort for you so all you have to do is dump your bag on the counter and away they go. The customer side of the counter is kept clean and the staff are constantly squeegeeing down the counters. The depot does have an odour of it's own, but it's not that rotten beer smell that you get at some bottle depots. I would recommend these guys any day!

They leave my garbage rooms tidy 2. They come often and the bins never over flow. 3. They do Organic bins, Garbage bins, donate Bottles to charities, electronic bins, they take all junk when requested 4. The bins are easy for me to clean and sanitize 5. The bins are safe to move and light without sharp edges. 0 injuries! 6. The large bins are easy to lock, and lift the covers. I highly recommend this brand. It is so exciting to have them at my job sites and I'm always trying to get them into all my sites.
