They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips.

I was very disappointed with how my dog Sammi's evaluation was handled at the Corona location in…read moreJuly. My husband and son brought her in, and after only about 20-30 minutes, the evaluator said she "appeared" not to want other dogs near her. He also mentioned that because she's a big girl, he would probably be the only person able to handle her if something happened. Yet he suggested their Riverside location might be a better fit because it had "more room." That left me questioning whether the concern was actually Sammi's behavior (being timid as he said she showed no aggression) or their ability to accommodate her. When I raised that question, I did not feel it was acknowledged or clearly answered. Their website lists no breed restrictions, but the comments and brief evaluation left me feeling that our Sammi was prejudged because she is an XL pitbull. For context, she passed a four-hour evaluation at Smart Parke and attends daycare there twice a week without any problems. She's been attending there since she was 5 months old. I understand that different facilities have different environments, and I respect the need for safety. But I expected a specific explanation of what she actually did during the evaluation to fail her and why another location would supposedly be suitable. Adding to the frustration, I have received marketing emails one being to leave a review of our experience and just recently I received an email saying they missed us at Riverside and inviting us back--when Sammi has never attended that location. My issue isn't simply that she didn't pass. It's the vague explanations, the lack of acknowledgment when I raised my concerns, and the impersonal follow-up. This experience left me feeling that my dog wasn't given a fair assessment what-so-ever.

A few days later, she contacted me asking, "how is the pup," requested pictures of him, and described him as "a very sweet pup." I am disappointed that rather than acknowledging our experience, the response has been to deny that we purchased our dog from them at all.
