When I saw Dr Irving soon after the surgery, he took x-rays and said everything was fine and didn't need to see me for follow up. He sent me to pain medicine doctor in New Haven who did nothing. Before they would even evaluate me, I was told I had to pay a $592 balance that I had never been notified about and had no record of. I had my appointment with Dr. Moran I waited over 20 minutes for the doctor to come inside the room, After telling him only half of the symptoms he interrupted me and told me to lay down. He examined 1 leg even though I was there for both knees. He spent less than 4 minutes with me and told me it was nothing serious- even though I am in a lot of pain. I now need to make an appointment somewhere else and pay another copay because I do not trust his opinion at all. If you are thinking about coming here....I urge you to look the doctors ratings beforehand- something I wish I had done.

The only reason why I gave them 3 stars is because it was so cold in the room they were doing the MRI. The machine was set up in a trailer outside of the facility and it was a cold January evening. It would have been nice to have some heat or a blanket. They were professional and got me in and out but a little bit of warmth would have been nice.
