Have plenty of napkins at your disposal as the flavor oozes from this burger! The hand-cut fries are a great side and very good too (I had to add some salt to put them over the top)...the Cheese Curds made it a trifecta...they were outstanding as well, crispy coating and melt in your mouth cheesyness! The servers were very helpful and ready to help out at a moments notice. Dixie's Biertgarten Smashburger has moved on to my Top 5 Burgers I've Ever Had list... New Riders of the Pilsner Haze: A New Zealand Pilsner hopped with Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and SubZero Hop Kief. The Owl Farm Experiment: An Experimental IPA brewed with Strata, Mosaic, and Galaxy.
