The burgers were two 4oz chuck/brisket patties, fried onion, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, and Smash Sauce served on a toasted brioche bun and is FANTASTIC! Have plenty of napkins at your disposal as the flavor oozes from this burger! The hand-cut fries are a great side and very good too (I had to add some salt to put them over the top)...the Cheese Curds made it a trifecta...they were outstanding as well, crispy coating and melt in your mouth cheesyness! The servers were very helpful and ready to help out at a moments notice. Dixie's Biertgarten Smashburger has moved on to my Top 5 Burgers I've Ever Had list... Two Fathoms Brewing is an independent craft brewery in Winona, MN, located in a restored 1883 freight station in the historic Driftless region. they offer a rustic taproom experience with some great brews. "Anybody Want a Peanut?": A Porter made with real peanut butter and milk chocolate giving it the depth of flavor with none of the artificial tastes. New Riders of the Pilsner Haze: A New Zealand Pilsner hopped with Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and SubZero Hop Kief. The Owl Farm Experiment: An Experimental IPA brewed with Strata, Mosaic, and Galaxy. Tropical fruit smacks you in the face with citrus and peach coming in the next round. The Diesel Fitzgerald: A Dunkel using Midnight Wheat and Dark Munich malts. It is a beautiful Dark Wheat lager that is light in bodied but full in flavor.
