When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even just listening respectfully, the staff became immediately defensive and accused me of causing the damage. Not only was there no apology, but their attitude was rude and unprofessional. They showed zero accountability, and it was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. I understand mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what separates the good ones from the bad. Unfortunately, Auto Glass Plus failed miserably in that regard. Additionally, since they prefer to communicate through text I have receipts. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their vehicle or expects basic customer service.

From getting rid of the puppy nose marks on windows to conditioning the interior, and even getting various goopy, tarry, yucky messes off of the exterior (hey, I drive a lot of really rural roads in various stages of disrepair) paneling. Staff is attentive and helpful; scheduling is usually about 10 days or so out, so plan ahead. Full detailing (inside and out) service takes a little bit longer than half a day, but it's worth the drive from Etown.

It is a new (to us) vehicle, and the prior owner was a smoker. The smoke smell had been bothering me really bad and I decided to pay to have the interior detailed and cleaned thoroughly to try and remove the smell. This business is right down the road from my workplace, and I was told they would pick it up first thing Wednesday morning at 8:30 and have it back to me by lunch (noon) the same day so I could run down to my daughter's childcare facility to nurse her. It is now 10:32, they haven't show up, won't answer the business phone, and I left a voicemail that they haven't responded to. It's a shame, because I had heard so many good things about them. Well, mostly my grandson because he gets to ride what I bought. It was a gift to him. But I was still a very happy customer! We just moved to Kentucky in February 2021. We live in Brownsville. The first week we were here, my grandson called all around to research who had what bikes. He said that he'd found what he wanted at Fun For All Motorsports in E-town. It was an hour away, but it was well worth the trip. My grandson went in first to verify the deal. I was a bit hobbled, so stayed in the car until he let me know all was well. He came out and notified me that he was going to the shop for them to show him some things about the bike, so I went in to pay. Lori, the owner, had already made my grandson feel right at home. She did the same with me. She and I chatted quite a while. My grandson came back into the showroom a bit later and was wearing a beautiful helmet that matched his bike. I asked him if he wanted that to be part of the purchase of his new bike? He replied, "No! Lori just gave it to me!" Call me skeptical. I asked her about it. I was sure it was just a current promotion: Buy a bike, get a helmet. But no, Lori said she really did just give it to him. She liked him and was excited for him, so it was a gift from her heart. Oh man - BIG goose bumps! That was an amazing thing for a business owner to do. You can be sure that if I ever need something else that she sells, I will be going back. What great customer service! Called several repair shops who all stated 2-3 week waits. Finally found Modock's . Talked with George about our issue. He got the parts we needed and sent Bert out the next day to fix the truck. George arrived as the repairs were finishing and we tried the engine, found the fan hub was locked. George researched the part and got one coming for the next day. The owner arrived looked at the truck and said he couldn't fix it and that we had to tow it to his shop in Elizabethtown, KY. We arrived and in the morning a mechanic look at the damage and said he'd have it done the next day. That was Friday. We went back to check on progress and we were told that they couldn't fix it because they were missing a part. mind you when we arrived and they gave us the quote and told us they had everything. They then said they would have it repaired my Saturday. We went back Saturday at 8am and no one was there. Our trailer reefer was parked at the shop as well it was loaded and we had to keep it running. We called many times asking them to at lest gives us access to the tractor so we could syphon the gas from tractor to the trailer. The refused us access my husband had to pay an uber several rides to bring gas back and forth the reefer. We kept calling on Monday they answered and again refused us access to the tractor until we paid . We were not allowed to inspect the work. The damage was the in the wiring of the computer. We bought all the parts and gave them to the mechanic. So basically it was only labor. They charged us almost 4k and when my husband looked they had not repaired anything. They patched it enough for us to leave and get to Tampa where a real mechanic not a thief fixed it. Basically paid another 4k . Mind you they say they are open 24/7 but as you can see from the texts with they owner they are not. That man is a thief and possibly racist.
