Well I would like to say that I have been very pleased with blues transmission I'm originally from San Diego and don't know a lot of people up here my transmission went out on my Chevy traverse and I've had a lot of problems with different mechanics in the past blue came highly recommended by a very close friend he had just put in a new transmission in their Cadillac and then I had talked to my landlord because he had his own business in San jacinto for many years did he possibly know of a place to take my car for the transmission I end up going to Blue and he was very honest and very thorough helpful and I would definitely recommend Blues transmission to family and friends I am very pleased read more

I called and wanted an estimate for my rear diff. that is making a clunking noise from P to D. They wanted a $140 diagnostic fee when 2 other tranny shops said they would provide a free estimate. BEWARE they can't take 10 minutes to give you a free estimate. read more

Best mechanic ever. Don't mind the few crap comments this guy knows his stuff and is reasonably priced. I go nowhere else now my father included read more

Took care of my tacoma 2wd problem . They actually diagnosed the problem. They aren't just parts changers! Really appreciated how they handled it. Would definitely recommend them! read more

I brought my truck in to get a transmission oil and filter change. I called and got a same-day appointment. Blue and his guys took great care of my truck, super fast too. Thank you again read more

Blue is the only one you should go to for transmission issues! He not only was in constant communication with my husband with what needed to be done to my car, but has great prices and fixed my car in a couple of days. He provided exceptional service and I couldn't be happier with how my car runs now. read more

Best around! Brought my Hummer H2 in and had a tranny in it in 4 hours! Blue had done 3 of my cars and several of my sons! Highly recommend!

Truck broke down, called several people & looked at multiple yelp reviews. When I called Blue's he sounded confident in knowing what I was talking about and that he can help me out. All of the staff were extremely nice and he was able to get me in and out quick, truck repaired for an amazing price. If I ever need any more truck repairs, this is where I'll be going. 5 Stars all the way. read more

Got my transmission rebuilt for $2,100. I have been back three times already and have less than 2,000 miles on the rebuild. First trans wouldn't shift, next a leak and then again a leak. Haven't driven the car in 1 month, since it's my classic car and it's leaking again. Check engine light still comes on. Man, I paid $2,100 and I feel wrong for needing to take it back. When it was about getting my money, he got me in next day for the rebuild. After that, he always needs to find time to look at it. I'm super pissed. When you pay cash with zero issues, you expect quality work! Feel like I got punk out of 2k. read more

I had called to get an estimate of how it would be to put a new transmission in my car & would it be easier to rebuild or buy a whole new one for my car, and he immediately just cut me off & kept saying " I don't know " over 3 times. read more

I just recently moved to Hemet, my car needed some repairs I found Blues Transmission they were very friendly and saved me a lot of money fixed my car i was very happy. read more

Took my car here for the second time for a issue from another place in town called all for show audio for a headlight this is a transmission repair shop they took the job found the problem fixed it I paid great service great owner read more

I have had four transmissions installed .one by the former owner John who died on an desert excursion when his dune buggy landed on him & he was killed. Subsequently Blue moved into the transmission shop. I have had three transmissions installed in approximately four years They have broke down in a year to year sn a half. The last one failed in five months. I then went to inland Chevrolet & got a three year warranty & a 100 000 miles warrant. Blue declined to service the last transmission. Unless he was paid to do so repairs. Must be cheap parts according to the Chevrolet dealer Thus no recommendation forthcoming to blues transmissions in San Jacinto. Calif. Signed d. Fritz read more

We took our older truck there several times. Thought Blue was going to do a good job. Not the case. We took it back again and his attitude was, to be nice about it, was horrible! He wouldn't listen to what we had to say and never fixed the problem. Plus charged us almost $800 dollars for his shotty work. Please, whatever your transmission needs are, do not take it to him or his shop. read more

Had my Dodge Caravan towed to his shop. He did an excellent job. Provided great customer service.

Blue is an honest guy and does very good work and honest pricing. Communication is great and I will be going back. I highly recommend this business to all. Thanks again !! read more

Blue and his crew are always honest and helpful when I have a problem with my car. Thank you guys for giving excellent customer service!

Had my Trans OH by Blue and first problem was my transfer case skid plate was on backwards, transmission pan leaked, cooler lines on radiator weren't fastened in clamps, transmission light started flashing on the first tow(had to have other shop diagnose it cost$$$ when went to blue they were annoyed my truck was broke and didn't fix anything and went back later and had to demand they fix my coast clutch, didn't have enough trans fluid in it,never shifted good into third, transmission went out completely 15,000 miles later after spending over 3grand to this guy and had to get overhauled again and cost 4500$$.. Worst shop experience ever!! Almost forgot transfer case bolt fell out onto driveway another was almost out plus all were loose and leaked were it mates to transmission.. read more

Blue has long taken care of our family's cars from oil lubes, radiators & manual transmission. His personal touch of 10+ years has been worth it in $$. Blue did have a mechanic NOT reliable winter 2013-14, dismissed since summer 2014. I recommend Blue as he's bluntly honest what it will co$t you, and if it's worth it/necessary. When you call, tell him what you need make/model & best time to leave vehicle. 'We have knowledge in Brake Repairs, Auto Air Conditioning Repair and much more. Our staff is dedicated to the specific needs of our customers.' read more

Blue is awesome at what he does and very fare! I would highly reccomend takingvyour vehicle here for transmission repair.

I knew my car was in need of service so I wasn't to surprised when I broke down in San Jacinto. After freaking out for a half hr. or so about what to do, and contacting my regular guy I found "Blue's" right around the corner from where my 15 yr. old Hyundi took a dump! Talk about a silver lining!! I got my wheels back, the clutch works perfectly, the price was reasonable for all the work they did, and I must say the whole experience couldn't have gone smoother... Thanks to Herb and Blue my worst nightmare had a very happy ending! read more

I work for a disabled woman who isn't able to take her car in to get repairs done. Yesterday I needed the radiator repaired, and it is difficult to go without a vehicle. The turn around time was beyond belief [fast]! The price was very reasonable. I can't find a more reliable shop around this area. I would recommend Blue's Transmission to anyone who wants to find a reliable, honest, fair mechanic who can be trusted. I don't have to think twice about repairs to any vehicle I bring in since it will be repaired correctly and at a fair price. They always go above and beyond what you would expect a mechanic to do. I am extremely happy I found a mechanic that I can trust to maintain my vehicles. Blue's has more than one employee and I know each works hard to insure repairs are done asap and at a good price. read more

Very pleased with them. Fast turnaround on early model 93 Ford Explore with A4LD. Best it's ever ran. No price gouging here. Honesty, ethics, and good customer service means we will be return customers and will be referring folks here. read more

I take all my cars to Blue. He is very honest and to the point. He does not try and up-sell you on any unnecessary parts or labor. He takes pride in his work and will make sure the job is done right. If you are looking for the super friendly while ripping you off shop, then this place isn't for you. If you are looking for a great deal from a professional then go to Blue Transmission .Blue also gave me a discount because I am in the military. He told me that he has 2 sons in the Air Force that's why he gives the discount. I recommend Blue to all my friends and family. read more

First of all, let me just say, the man that owns this place is just about the sweetest guy I've ever met. I have an extreme case of anxiety, but when talking to him, I was fine. I had him check my car a couple weeks back, he took it for a test drive, and told me exactly what was wrong. No bullshit, no beating around the bush, or trying to get more money out of me. Knowing I'm a 21 year old girl who doesn't know much about cars, it's obvious to say anyone could of tricked me and made me pay way more than what I did. He had the whole transmission rebuilt in 4 days, called me up, and even let me make payments on the payment. I'm truly great full I haven't him and had the pleasure to see his wonderful shop. Keep up the good work Blue, we will see you at Sweet Baby Jane's soon! Irish Nachos on me. :) read more

I say it's the best in Town ! They are honest and will get to the point . No bullshit like others shops I've been going there for over 10 years for Auto repairs good price and Respectable I recommend them 100% read more

The guys there treated me great and were very reasonable. The job they did (transmission rebuild) was ahead of anticipated time and was done very cleanly and professionally. These guys are great and I suggest them to all my friends read more

Had a great experience here. Blue and Jimmy took care of my SUV in no time flat. I couldn't get there until later and they kept the shop open and got my starter changed out and fixed other issues so that I could get to work on time. I have been looking for a good shop close to home and after today I think I may have found it. Thumbs up! read more

Bluye's didn't a bench rebuild on my Buick LaCrosse transmission. They replaced all seals and relays as well as torque converter for $1500. I removed and installed the transmission. Blue gave me some tips for reinstallation, nice guy. It's been about a year and the tranny is still running great. read more

Went to take my Chevy Malibu to get my transmission checked, and the owner Blue needs to work on his people skills. For as long as he's been in business, you would think he would know how to talk to his customers by now. Not even clear was his attitude was about, just had regular questions about my transmission. Got a lot a friends always looking for mechanics he will not be one of them. read more

Terrible, terrible..... Blue treated my kids like crap. They took my car for a simple oil change for me. His attitude and the way he treated them is completely unacceptable as a business owner. When he replaced my engine last year, we noticed the attitude but continued doing business with him because he's a decent Mechanic. My kids did not know Blue was the one that replaced my engine. All my kid did was ask a simple question about what kind of oil he used in my car, Blue refused to answer him at first, then replied with attitude and proceeded to call my kid a jerk for simply asking a question. Blue then proceeded to yell at them saying leave here now and don't pay me just get out of here. Now, I'm having to go get the oil changed elsehere because I need a receipt for the Chevy warranty. I'll never return to this shop.... EVER. He's a very racist and rude person. read more

Don't waste your time unless you know for sure your going to need a completely new tranny they don't take the time to make sure it something small before trying to charge you 1500 for a new tranny read more

I had the pleasure of having Blue (the owner) work on my car. He was very reasonably priced and did the work right the first time. He rebuilt my transmission and he met my deadline as i needed my truck for work and only had a couple of days off. I was reading some of the reviews I had a bad experience experience with this gentleman I'm a single lady I went in there alone he has a red-headed mechanic I brought him the part and antifreeze he gave me a ride home I was scolding me in the car how I pay too much for the antifreeze in three days the engine light came back on when I turn back the redhead man put his little scanner was telling me that I have to go to Ford that it's the motherboard when I left I went to another shop they told me it was the thermostat I then went to two more shops who confirmed that it was the thermostat what I paid the man for he had another vehicle there that was like mine I believe that he put that part in some that car because you know this certain particular person he took advantage of them give me back my old Parts I wound up having to go to another mechanic and pay another mechanic for the same job so I got ripped off from this guy I'm taking him to court read more
