I took Summer 2016 LSAT preparation for the September LSAT with Mike Moss.
First off, the LSAT sucks. The faster you understand that fact, the easier and more fun class can be for you. The LSAT is not a test that you can breeze into, its not something that tests your common knowledge, and it is not a test that you can bank on others doing badly on to help your score.
That being said, if you are going down this path, Blueprint (specifically Mike Moss) can serve as your shining light across the dark valley that is the LSAT. Blueprint has methodology that can help improve your score from someone who has no experience with the test to people with scores they like but want scores they love. Mike is able to handle all types of questions and makes class entertaining. His humor and light demeanor are refreshing from your high anxiety days from starting the course to the near panic attack days right before the exam. He has been able to simply topics further and explain things in other ways so that each person has the ability to succeed. When you are concerned that you don't understand something, he will go above and beyond to make sure you have the framework to continue your studies.
In addition, even when I went on vacation, Mike did not leave the tutoring to the online course work or online lessons that many other people or places might do, but went out of his way to break down lesson plans and understand key topics that I needed to grasp in order to continue my studies.
Long story short: Blueprint is the answer to a higher score because of the way they breakdown the types of questions and teach you how to think like the LSAT and understand what they are asking for you to look for and answer. But while Blueprint is the groundwork, Mike is the dry wall, the ceiling, the floor, the furniture, and everything else you need in a prep course. He was integral to my success with Blueprint. I would recommend you take the course in person with him, it will be worth the extra money. read more
