One of their shop owners literally drove the 10 miles to meet me, gave me a spare key, and went on his way. When I rode back to the shop late, expecting a bill for the key I lost, the drive to meet me, and for being late... all they could say was, "no charge" with a smile on their faces. They had every right to leave me with a big bill and they did just the opposite. What an act of grace, generosity, and good customer service. Not to mention, the bikes were reasonably priced, we're in great shape, and they fit them to our bodies in terms of the seat. I can't say enough good things about these guys. What a blessing.

Booking & paying online was simple and convenient and prices were reasonable. I received a text the day before our reservation with a reminder and a detailed list of FAQ's that clarified everything. Finding the dock was a bit of a challenge at first (it's behind the ASA college building), but everything was smooth sailing once we got there. The pontoon boat is well-maintained and easy to navigate even for a novice. There were 6 adults and 1 baby under 2 years in our party (babies and kids under 12 must wear a lifejacket at all times. For best fit, bring your own baby life-vest) and we had more than enough room to stretch out and make ourselves comfortable. The day was mostly overcast with a slight chilly wind initially but then the sun came out and we enjoyed a beautiful day on the water including a few dolphin sightings. The whole thing was a great experience that we will definitely be repeating. If you've been thinking about renting a boat, I highly recommend you check this place out for yourself.

When showing me options he showed me the cheapest option first and explained how it was different than the other two, also affordable, options he had pulled out for me to look at. Shoreside Club is on the west side of Miami Beach and offers paddle board and kayak rentals. My friends and I chatted with them and it was heartwarming to hear about how much passion they have for what they do. Their service is extremely friendly and they even offered us sunscreen in case we didn't have. You can make reservations online and you're emailed a waiver to sign beforehand. The bookings are in blocks of 30min and it's $25 for an hour. Upon arrival, they have lockers for you to lock your stuff up and they'll teach you how to use the equipment and which route to take. Warning: it's very physical. You have to carry the paddle board on a short walk to the water, but it was heavy for some of my friends. We were newbies and it took us some time to get into the water and finally offshore, so just make sure you budget enough time. TLDR: Warning: paddleboarding is much more physical than it appears. Shoreside Club gets five stars for the two brothers that provide extremely friendly service!

Out of all the info we received when renting the kayak, that was the most important fact we should have been told because had we known, we would have started kayaking back sooner to make up for the time that we would need.
