Took the money before we saw the condition of the jet ski . Its super old and tired . Instead of jet ski ride Angel suggested to have a boat tour , but also said that he will call me back same day to confirm the time . As you can see it was happened March 5 2022 . Today is August 26 2022 and of course boat tour never happened . And there is no option to get my money Back cuz Angel said "no, I can't give you your money back" . We tried to contact him multiple times and sometimes he is answering, sometimes ignores the messages and calls . He is always has something- vacation, weather conditions , day off - too busy to provide the service he took money for . Very disappointed! This company did not honor their price. They actually tried to extort me by trapping me on a boat. So originally I found this company on Groupon. Usually I'll go to the regular site and see what their prices are because I learned that Groupon takes half of their earnings when booked through them. At times you can also find a better price which I did, or so I thought. So on the website it had $20 a ride which I can see is hard to believe but it had a slash through the $120 so I thought maybe it was off season and slow so they had a promotion. It was January, it was cold. Not farfetched. So I arrive at the dock, the guide is 15 min late to pull in. He apologized and I requested to reschedule because I had another engagement already scheduled. He insisted we would be back in time and not to worry he would just call us in early. I took it as no big deal and got on the boat that eventually took us where the skis would be docked. When we got there, there were no skis. He then asked how we were gonna pay while we were in the middle of the ocean. I told him I already paid and he insisted that it was a deposit. I showed him my receipt and it definitely didn't say anything about a deposit and when I revisted the site it said the deposit was $30 which still wasn't the same amount I paid. So with him being late, no skis and time running short til my next engagement I just told him to bring me back. He told me he can't. He said he can't just up and leave. That he was on a schedule. Unfortunately I had to start to become aggressive with him in order to understand that he didn't have a choice but to bring me back. At that point he insisted that when his partner arrived he would bring me back and that my refund will be processed which I still haven't received by the way. Eventually he began to move in a hurry to get me back and I went on with my day. I was accompanied by my spouse and if it wasn't for her things would've went an entire different way. I've also attached my receipt in the images where you can see that it doesn't state that my payment was a deposit. I figure it was cold and slow in January, so they ran a promo. Found them through groupon, but i didnt end up buying/using a voucher. Was given clear and easy instructions on how to get temporary boating license beforehand. Was called the morning of reservation and was told they were unable to fulfill it due to some issues, owner was able to reschedule us for the next day and gave us a discounted rate and upgraded our jetski for the inconvenience. Had to wait 30 minutes to get picked up but it was due to bridge closure/opening. Was able to ride in a large area however we wanted. We were given clear and easy instructions on how to safely drive/fall off (which we did accidentally) so that came in handy. Jet ski was fast, we hit 45 mph. Overall great experience would use again. read more

Great experience, would definitely recommend. Very professional and safe. Only thing was the driver was 30 min late, would not have been a problem but we had to check out of our hotel pretty soon after we were done so that caused us some concern. So we came to Miami to celebrate my Husbands 35th Birthday and we booked this company based on reviews we seen. The communication process was seamless. We were told to meet at the Alexander Hotel which we took an Uber there being that we stayed on 7th and Ocean Avenue. Uber was $12, the distance to there was about 20 minutes. We crossed the street per the instructions from Celine who I was communicating with and told us that we should be on time. We got here almost 40 minutes ahead as our appointment was 10 am and our driver never showed up. Another company was there Sofo Experience who was nice enough to call the guy from this company who said "Can you take them to me" the guy explained that he has a booking on the way for (4) skis so if he has space he would take us if not he would have to come to us. At this point it's 10:16 am and no one has communicated with us as to why they are late. In fact there was no communication at this point and no one was answering. Update:// 10:20 am I took a call from Angel who said "Oh, I thought the other company was going to take you so that's why I didn't come but we never discussed us even going with another company as they the company never communicated with us!!Angel replies I'll be there in 8 mins. So, it's now 10:28 am and exactly 8 mins from the time he said he would be here and no Angel" Guess what?? He shows up at 10:33 am and he was apologetic and ensured we had a great time. Definitely would recommend this company. They are super sweet despite the miscommunication. Overall great experience and I would book again with Angel. He's young and is about his business. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! They are a scam! I came to Miami on vacation &I bought groupon vouchers and when I went to schedule to use them . First it took like 2 -3 days to actually get a reservation. & when I finally scheduled they text me the next day & said they were not allowed to use the vouchers anymore and to refund with groupon and pay them directly. Of course I did the refund & just kept my scheduled reservation with them. But, said I would pay cash. I asked if they could accommodate us and match the price we paid & they said no it would be 120 for an "upgrade" because regular price was 150. But 120 which was the same thing on Groupon and that's the best they could do but I got it for 90 per person. & they still "couldn't" do anything. I said whatever Ill give them a chance still so I just schedule with them. I woke up this morning & they cancelled my reservation! They have terrible customer service, I tried to keep giving them chances but, they were no terrible. I do not recommend this place read more

Wish I had taken the time to read the other reviews before having my day ruined!! Booked with them and went thru all the steps they required took course, completed waiver and arrived 35 minutes early only to wait 35 minutes beyond our scheduled reservation time and despite multiple calls made to the number provided no one answered but finally received a text message advising that they were running extremely late and needed to reschedule for later in the day. Gave us option of refund but we have yet to receive it... definitely wouldn't recommend this company for your jet-skiing experience. read more

After delays waiting for the boat and then the jetskis. we got around 30 minutes on jetski and much of that was traveling to and from the actual location.
