He still took an entire hour out of his day to show us any trailer we wanted, answer all of our questions (my girlfriend had quite a few), and give us his best advice for some first time buyers. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy at all. When he got to a question he couldn't answer, he gave us an honest "I can't answer that". Not sure if we're buying new or used, but if you are buying, I'd recommend talking to Bobby!

Upon arriving, everyone was of course very friendly. We worked with salesperson David, and he was very kind (if a bit pushy). The second the rig was off the lot, nothing but issues. Their delivery driver told us there was something wrong with the brakes. Has anyone come to inspect or to fix it? No. No one cares. Then, when we finally got the rig hooked up, the air conditioner didn't work. Again, called the dealership with now TWO issues. No calls back, no assistance. I've texted our sales person, made repeated calls, Facebook messages... nothing. Nothing, nothing. Unbelievable, given that this rig is BRAND NEW. The minute we purchased our rig, they were very pushy about immediately leaving a review. Clearly, this is because they don't care once it's off the lot. DO NOT trust them with your business.

A deeply disappointing and upsetting experience…read more I want to start by saying that Frank and Michelle were truly a bright spot in what ended up being one of the most uncomfortable and degrading experiences my family has ever had at a dealership. Their patience, kindness, and professionalism should be acknowledged -- they were a pleasure to work with. That being said, the rest of our experience was nothing short of traumatic. My mom came in to purchase a camper -- something that, as anyone knows, is a major financial and lifestyle investment. She was understandably indecisive at first and spent time going back and forth between models, trying to make the right choice. Eventually, she told the team she was going to move forward with a purchase, but after some additional thought, she changed her mind. We returned to the dealership to respectfully inform the staff that we weren't ready to sign. The moment we said we weren't ready, the energy in the room changed drastically. My mom expressed that she felt discriminated against during this interaction -- as a Black woman, the shift in tone and behavior toward her felt rooted in something deeper than frustration. When she voiced her concern directly to the manager, Matt, his response was not to listen or show empathy, but to snap at her and say, "Oh, you're crazy." That comment alone was not only unprofessional, but incredibly dismissive and insulting. Matt then went on to say, "Do you know how much you've put everyone through?!" -- as if being cautious with a large purchase is an inconvenience, or as if customers aren't allowed to change their minds. We were then told to leave -- not politely, but aggressively. My mom had already paid a deposit, so we asked to get that back first. Matt responded with a nasty tone, asking "How much did you pay? I'll give it all back." We were receiving our refund when my sister calmly addressed the rude and hostile way we were being treated. At that point, tensions escalated further. We were met with more aggression from the staff -- and no less than three managers told us to never return. One woman -- who was visibly pregnant -- even shouted, "Don't come back! We don't want your business ever again!" Her facial expression and body language made it crystal clear that we were no longer welcome. It was shocking to be treated with such hostility for simply backing out of a sale -- something well within any customer's right. While I am not someone who casually pulls the race card, I do believe in listening to how people feel -- and my mom felt strongly that her treatment was racially motivated. At the very least, we were treated with a level of disrespect and hostility that no customer should ever have to endure. This was more than just poor customer service -- it was aggressive, unprofessional, and humiliating. If you value being treated with dignity and respect, I cannot in good conscience recommend doing business here. I sincerely hope this company reflects on how they treat people -- especially when a sale doesn't go through. No one should be spoken to or dismissed the way we were.
