The lady that answered the phone was so rude, she would talk to people in the background whilst still on the phone with me several time, she had an attitude and was not professional what so ever. I get it you might be busy but you can put me on hold rather than have a whole side conversation and kept jumping back and forth. I only spoke to them twice and my insurance also spoke with them and when I called to follow up because the information didn't match, she would ask people whilst I am on the phone to see who spoke to me and when her co worker said they didn't, she made it seem as if my insurance company and I were making stuff up. I am thinking lady, I am calling just to confirm information that didn't line up. But she was more stuck on who talked to who. It was like a pointing finger or blame game. It did not give me confidence that they would take ownership if something went wrong. On top of her unfriendly attitude, the way she talks down to me as if she doesn't care for my business made me pull my claim from them and went somewhere else. Clearly they felt they had enough business and didn't need mine.

Using nothing but the best of the best in tools and diagnostic equipment, Street Sports has a unique advantage over your average mom & pop garage. I had a problem that 4 mechanics could not even begin to solve, then I discovered Street Sports and Shawn got right down to the root of the issue in no time flat. We only had to replace a few small parts because he does not use the 'Shotgun" method of throwing enough new parts at the car until it works. He has really proven himself indispensable to me and my Turbo Tuscani. I don't care if you need normal repairs on a factory vehicle or if you are like me and have waaay more horsepower than you need, Street Sports will do the job right and not charge an arm and a leg either. If your looking to have a nice sit down in a waiting area, Perhaps a cup of coffee , the daily talk show on the TV or perhaps CNN this place isn't for you. There are usually quite a Few gentlemen hanging around the "waiting area" and they will usually offer you a chair , and you reading choice is a phone book, From 1999. If you are lucky the radio may even be on! All this, in my opinion, adds to the place ;) We usually just drop or cars off for repairs and the few times I have waited I had several children with me so we hung Out in a church parking lot across the street which was probably better than sitting even in the nicest waiting room.
