We arrived at 5 minutes til 5 and a young man told us they closed at 5, and we said we thanks and that we knew because we had called. Another older gentleman came out and said in a VERY LOUD and unprofessional manner, we're closed! Not, we won't pay you because the office is closed, you can leave it here or bring it back tomorrow, I'm sorry you were misinformed, just unprofessional. I realize professionalism is subjective. We just left it. We were more interested in cleaning up our garage than selling the metal. There was no obvious/appropriate signage. This business could and SHOULD do better. We had contact with three employees. One out of three did a good job and was pleasant and personable. Unfortunately, he can't counteract the indifferent and apathetic manner of the other two, but I did appreciate that little glimmer of civility. Please excuse the typos and punctuation errors. We purchased what was advertised as a fully dressed motor. I even called and confirmed with them…read morethat this was the case. It took 2 weeks to get the motor because they said they did not receive payment. We wired them the money and they did have it after they looked and found it. Next - The motor we received was not a fully dressed motor, only a long block. After many phone calls they admitted they were wrong but said they could not help us out on the price. I told them to come get their motor, on their dime. I also told them that they will have to give us a total refund of the amount wired including freight and such. I hope this turns out ok in the end with the refund. As for them as a company and their service, I will never buy from them nor recommend them to anybody. They did end up giving our money back.

I'm extremelly frustrated with the service from WM, literally I'm the only customer in my block…read morethat is not getting his recycled and garden trash collected...and this has happened way too many time that I'm getting to the point that I want to cancel de service and find another way to disposse to the trash myself. Its completelly unfair to waste my time bagging on paper bags that are not free all my garden trash just to see again and again how they dont take it!! No one on my block has that problem but me...and I would love to know why??? They dont even leave a note to explain why they dont take my trash. This is the worst experience of my life dealing with a company like this. The web page is useless if your trying to make a complaint...its impossible to speak with a person. What a bad experience...if you have the option dont use them, they are for a far the worst option in Louisville KY.
