The employees appear to be both knowledgeable and friendly. One thing I like in particular is that if they don't have an answer to your question they will certainly consult a more senior or knowledgeable employee who can provide a more definitive answer. I personally find much comfort in that effort, as it tells me much care is given to the service they provide. Over the 1.5 year since my return to the area I've taken my clothes to be dry cleaned at this location. They've consistently done a great job. My clothes literally look and smell as if they've been through the process (believe it or not, I've experienced otherwise at other dry cleaners) and my clothes were returned at a reasonable amount of time. On two specific occasions my clothing needed extra care. I have a beautiful wool and silk tank top that I had an oil-based salad dressing (likely Caesar dressing) stain on it for well over a year. If I ever wanted to wear this top again I would need the stain removed. So I asked if it could be done. The front desk employee was unsure. She consulted a more knowledgeable person who said they believe it can with some light scrubbing and with a caution that they will not be responsible if their effort (with my consent) would cause the section to look a bit overworked. I understood their position (and thought it was reasonable) and gave my OK. My tank top was returned flawlessly done - I was pleasantly surprised and stunned. The 1.5 year oil stain was successfully removed with no indication of its existence. Yeah! The second item was a shearling coat I've had many, many years. Being back in the area where the winter temperature can get bone-cold, it needed dry cleaning. They said it'll take a couple of weeks. It took maybe one week and they did an awesome job. Double yeah!! I'm very pleased with this dry cleaners and will continue my business with them. Give them a try!
