I have used Blevins since 2015. They didn't pick up only once and that was the first week we moved to our new house. Very, Very happy with the service. Can is always moved to sidewalk away from the street and I haven't seen any trash on the ground after a pickup. Great to work with and best prices anywhere. read more

Excellent service and always on time. The only thing that could use improving. Set the garbage cans off of the road when done emptying them. Not complaining it's the ones hitting them. read more

May have taken longer than intended but owner came out and fixed a hole in our yard that one of the truck drivers created on accident. Appreciate the sincere apology and fixing the landscape. Look forward to continuing services. read more

Had a hard time finding a new trash service during the shutdown. Texted a number I found on their Facebook page. The owner responded immediately. Set me up for service and was able to pay over the phone. Their prices can't be beat!!! read more

After visiting a friend in New Albany. I noticed that his trash man was putting the recycling and the trash in the same truck. I thought this was strange so I asked my friend about it. He said that they asked to have it put in a different bag so they can sort it later. After seeing this happen several times and watching them compact the trash and recycling together I called the company and asked how they dealt with the recycling. He stated, they were supposed to put it in a separate bin but he sometimes had to discipline his guys about it. I have seen them put the recycling and trash together several times and ever since I mentioned it to my friend he has been observing the same process. I seriously doubt they are doing anything with the recycling other then throwing it in the landfill. I wouldn't recommend using these guys if you care about the environment at all. Additionally, they seem to be very inefficient. The trash stop we observed today took over 5 minutes to empty one can and one bag of recycling. read more

I've been with NA City Boys since moving into my new house. I've continued to be happy with the service and the price. My neighbors have even decided to switch to them because their current garbage pick up isn't reliable and is more expensive. As far as the reviews I've seen on recycling, I don't see how you can review something when you aren't the one currently receiving the service. When I signed up for the service they never claimed to take recycling, but they've always taken mine at no extra charge. As far as I've seen if you are within city limits, the city garbage pick up is the only one that collects recycling for no additional fee. read more

Steer clear of this company. I would give them zero stars if possible. I used their service in 2018 when I moved into my new house as the previous residents stated they had no problems with them. From the beginning they rarely picked up my trash and I would have to frequently call them. They never credit for the weeks they would miss and would pick up the missed week a day or two before the following weeks schedule so my trash would sit out for almost a week. Now, out of nowhere, 2 years after cancelling their service they have called stating I haven't paid my bill for 2018 and they are going to send it to collections. I am having to get old bank statements to prove them wrong. Doesn't make much sense that they continued to collect my trash for a year if I didn't pay them. Such a terrible and unprofessional company. Do yourself a favor and go to Sweetland for the extra $30/year. read more

I was a customer for several years. Service level began to drop. Several instances of them leaving trash on my lawn and knocked over cans. The office staff is rude. They do not communicate. Do not use these jokers. read more

I agree with Kerry B's comment. I do not believe they actually recycle the recycling as there is not a location in the area that currently accepts glass. They also constantly forget to pick up after holidays. If you have a special pick up (ie mattress or appliance) they will forget to pick that up too even if you call ahead and pay extra for this service. Once I didn't receive a bill from them as they do not have an email option for billing and they discontinued my service without even calling even though I had never missed a payment in 2 years. We I called to cancel service they were rude to me. Update: After canceling my service a month and a half ago, I just received a collections call letting me know that they had not received my payment. Sounds disorganized all the way around. Updated update: They have called again asking where my payment is and were rude about it. I canceled over 2 months ago. read more

We started by using Rumpke, and then using ID, and I realized that our bill kept getting higher, and they were not taking everything we left out... probably because they don't even get out of the truck. So I saw a neighbor was using NA City Boys, so I called them. We were cleaning out the house and had to get rid of some large items, and they picked up everything, they were very friendly, and the price for their service is unbeatable in this area. I would recommend this service. read more

We started using this service about six months ago, and they have been awesome. Missed us once, and they sent some one out to get the trash the next morning. Very friendly, great great pricing, and excellent customer service. I would def recommend them to anyone! read more

We have used N.A. City boys for at least 4 years now and have been very happy. They have never raised their price unlike Rumpke which started to get ridiculous. Slowly but surely our whole neighborhood now uses them. read more

NA City Boys treat me like a valued customer. They have went out their way to provide exellent service to me and my neighbors. They have picked up stuff Rumpke has refused. They made arrangements to haul larger items for me. Recycling is not offered by any garbage pick up company in my area. Other garbage pick up companies were recorded by channel 11 news mixing recycles with regular garbage two years ago. I believe in supporting local companies and keeping my money in my community. read more

I have used NA City Boys Sanitation for over four years and could not be happier with the service I receive. They are always on time and they take whatever I put at the curb! This is also one company where my quarterly rate went DOWN from when I first starting using them!! I would highly recommend them over other providers! read more

We also switched from Rumpke because the cost kept going up and up and the service less and less. Several times we would have to call and get a credit for a week of trash removable because they did not come by and pick up. That has never happened with NA City Boys. I have always experienced great customer service from NA City Boys. I am glad we switched. They do a great job and would highly recommend them. read more

Great service. I have used them for 8 years now. Highly recommended.

I have used City Boys for a few years now -my previous service had a long list of items they charged extra to dispose of. They are very reliable, less expensive than their competitors and the one time I called the office with a question they were very helpful. I would recommend their service. read more

The guys who work on my route are the best. We use to have another "big name" competitor and NA City Boys blow them away with service and dependability. Plus much cheaper! I would highly recommend anyone (especially in the Memphis area) to convert over!! read more
