For the most part it was good building experience, too. BUT. But, due to a lack of supervision during the building process, they left me with a punchlist. A list that is still not completed even on the one year anniversary of filling it with water. One item is the minor matter of grout that just needs to be cleaned up. It looks like a homeowner, and not a very careful one, did the grout, especially in one glaring location. It's embarrassing really. And, also embarrassing is the white adhesive that is showing between the lovely glass tiles - in a BLUE pool. No way the worker should have left it that way. The other outstanding item is the PAL Lighting LED lights that we agreed to do as a bit of an experiment - a very expensive experiment. They look great when they work. One light needed to be replaced in May of 2021. Hasn't happened yet and now they are turning on at all times of the day and night on their own. This is the second time it's happened and seems to be a shoddy product. So, overall is the pool beautiful? Yes. Did Clif design the pool exactly as I wanted it? Yes, Clif was great! And that's why they have two stars. Otherwise, I'm really disappointed in the company and their lack of interest in correcting the issues.

They did a very professional and thorough job on those areas and they're still good today. The new leak today was found as a small crack on the inside of my skimmer wall. Never would've even thought to look in there, but it was emptying the pool down a fairly significant amount every day. The leak detector gentleman came out and did a very thorough job over several hours and found the leak. He didn't stop there though as he continued to check the rest of the pool to make sure everything else was fine. They were able to schedule the repair the following day and that gentleman came out first thing in the morning and started in on the process that lasted into the afternoon. Overall, a very professional group and a great repair job this time as before.

Three phone calls to get a hold of Frank and was told that they don't cover our area any more all of a sudden. Huh, that's strange.
