The laptop still smells strongly of coffee, which also made me question whether it was actually cleaned or how thorough the cleaning was. Overall, the turnaround was longer than promised, communication required follow-up, and the diagnosis was too vague to give me confidence in spending nearly $700 on a motherboard replacement.

Took over 2 weeks for them to get the GPU fan fixed (if it was fixed before then, they failed to contact me to let me know). What a way to leave a bad taste in my mouth--lost my trust immediately at this point. We're already a month past when I first brought them in, and I'm STILL waiting on my other GPU! Frankly, I think I'll be going in tomorrow to get it back. I've sent multiple messages through Yelp when I've been busy at work, and they just leave me on "read" with no reply. Do NOT bring your stuff here. They will tell you that you can reach them whenever you'd like--but that definitely wasn't the case for me.
