I was unable to provide for my home and was treated very coldly from a company I thought was a safe place that I thought valued me. I was wrong. They do not care about the clients because If the did they would have let me say goodbye or had me help train the new caregiver. they fired me at the end of the day at the end of the week, I cannot express how betrayed I feel by this company and these people I thought were my friends. They told me I how great I was and then this two faced company throws me out. I hope this company doesn't make it. You and your policy's are trash and a pathetic excuse for a functioning company, 3 years in and you don't have your own board in order. Don't work here don't give your care to these people they will let you down.

We have a free 100 point proprietary safety assessment that a trained professional will do before we start care. The first two had a corporate vibe, and sent me directly into a voicemail black hole. It was days before I heard back. When I called With A Little Help, within seconds, I was talking with Kacie, one of the owners, who was so kind and spent all of the time I needed talking with me about our situation and care needs. By the end of the phone call, we had a plan for an intake evaluation, and just a couple of days later, a new care team was in place...and just like that, the stress and worry that had been accumulating over many months lifted.
