The Bluecoat Garden is a relaxing oasis of chillaxtion (ugh, I want to punch my own scrotum off for using that horrible word) sitting in the heart of the city. In my humble and correct opinion, this small yard, peppered with plants and benches, is the most enjoyable part of the whole complex.
The art exhibited in the Bluecoat Chambers is mostly underwhelming. 94% of it is just baffling junk interspersed with smartarsey captions. Seriously, does anybody understand those notes they post at the side of artwork? It's like they're just showing off how much gibberish they can come up with before somebody asks them to stop.
The garden however is the opposite. It's unassuming, tranquil and asks nothing more of you than to shut up and be happy. read more
