We were seeking to renovate our dated pool and surrounding deck. We received several quotes, all…read morewithin a similar range, but went with Bob's. He had been doing work at friends and we stopped by mid job allowing us to see the work before concrete, was poured - it was clean work and precise. When he arrived for the quote at our place he immediately pointed out areas we also had concerns with, but had immediate solutions, noting areas needing updating that other companies failed to see. Bob took the time to hear what we wanted and worked with us to develop a plan as part of the quote. He started on-time and finished on-time. His team were professional and kept a tidy worksite. The worked hard everyday and made continuous progress on the site Their attention to detail was on point, they'd rather take an extra day to get something installed correct, rather than just complete it for ease. As things came up during the reno, Bob met with us and explained the need to pivot or make subtle changes; it was always for the best. The outcome was fantastic, deck and pool look great and we are very happy. The final cost was on budget with the quote having only a small increase for some changes we made throughout. Highly recommended!

This place has been horrible to my parents. My parents ordered an automatic lift cover for their…read moreswim spa, and it took 4 months to come in (was told 6 weeks). When it finally did come in, they sent an unqualified technician to install it. He admitted never to have installed one before and didn't bring any of the necessary supplies to install. My parents have a ton of damage to their spa after the technician tried his hardest to install it. It was installed incorrectly and broke the cover, so now they are without a cover and are left with a damaged spa. They have been trying to get this issue resolved for weeks now and when they asked to escalate their concerns, they were told it's a family business and the owners won't handle it. This is totally unacceptable! Buyers beware!! This place will take your money and run!
