I cannot say enough good things about Nicolina and Excell Investigation. Excellent service!…read more I was having my husband served with a Domestic Violence restraining order with the police enforcing the move out order. She reached out to me prior to coming, she called the police department for me ahead of time to arrange meeting them. She made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend her and this company.

Five Stars Isn't Enough for Eric Peterson! I would give him 100 stars if I could!…read more If you need a process server or private investigator who actually gets the job done, look no further than Eric Peterson. To put it into perspective: my attorney had previously hired a process server who spent an entire month trying--and failing--to locate and serve the defendant in my case. After four frustrating weeks of zero progress, Eric stepped in. He had the defendant located and served in less than 24 hours. This wasn't an easy task, either. The service was at a highly secure and challenging location--one that seemed impossible for others, but proved to be no challenge at all for Eric. The level of efficiency, speed, and sheer professionalism he brings to the table is unmatched. Beyond his incredible skills and hustle, Eric is just a genuinely great person to work with--communicative, trustworthy, and deeply dedicated. He took a high-stress situation and completely turned it around overnight. I cannot recommend Eric Peterson highly enough. If you want results instead of excuses, he is your guy! I will be sure to use him if ever needed down the road.

Recently, I had to use their services for personal reasons, and they delivered the same high standard of service I've come to expect. They were extremely responsive, communicative, and handled my request with a strong sense of urgency. Serving legal documents can be time-sensitive and stressful, but they made the process smooth and straightforward from start to finish. It's reassuring to know that whether you're working alongside them professionally or relying on them personally, they consistently show professionalism, attention to detail, and dependability. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

He made himself available at all hours of the day, seven days a week. He even went and visited my daughter who was incarcerated every weekend and Xmas eve because she was not allowed live visitation. Armando was always available, patient and kind throughout the entire process. I recommend Armando and his team to anyone looking for a PI who is responsive and not afraid to go above and beyond. You took that $350.00 payment from me specifically for the cell phone ping which was not successful, nor did you even provide proof that you actually completed this service with a 3rd party vendor. My lawyer will still be contacting you in regards the refund. Your entire reply shows your morals and who you are as a person and business owner. Also, the fact that you took time to reply to this Yelp review, but not to my messages for updates when I was working with you, says a lot as well.   Proof is in the service! 3 months vs. 48 hours! I previously hired another local P.I. company and was disappointed with the lack of communication, slow pace and lack of quality work. I also wasted money on two online people locator searches which yielded no useful information (don't waste your money). From the first contact with the owner (Brian), I felt my search was over. Brian proved me correct...he located my wife's father out of state and provided me with reliable contact information. I called the first number he provided and he answered the first try. Brian did not limit himself to a local search. I provided him with very limited information (name and approximate age) and he quickly located him. I highly recommend this company. Prices are very reasonable/affordable and he does solid work. I felt the need to write this review since Brian only had one review. He is an honest business owner and an all around nice guy. He essentially closed the book on an 18 year search and provided my wife necessary closure. This guy deserves more business.

I'm very frustrated with my experience with Santoni Investigations and would not use them again…read more The process started off poorly... the invoice was delayed, which delayed the location service, and that in turn delayed my process service. Because of those delays, service ultimately never happened before my legal timeline. I was also not clearly informed upfront about an expedited service fee being required, I guess due to the delay with the first invoice for location services. I ended up paying a large amount of money for them to "locate" the party at the same residence I had already personally identified. Communication was also an issue. I went 2 business days plus the weekend without any update about whether the individual had been served, even though I had a deadline approaching. It was not until after this deadline and on the 3rd business day that I was notified with an update. Then had to wait an additional day to receive a report. After reviewing the report, I was even more concerned. The report claims eight service attempts between February 12 and February 18 but repeatedly states "no movement was observed" at the residence and that the investigator waited outside and then left. It documents a vehicle in the driveway but provides no meaningful proof that a genuine service attempt occurred -- for example, no documentation of the investigator exiting the vehicle, approaching the door, or any clear effort showing contact with an occupant. In other words, I paid a significant amount of money, lost valuable legal time, received minimal communication, and did not get successful service, or even a report that would qualify for substitution service. A waste.

The next day I received what looked like a halfhearted attempt to compile some info together, which was really just screen shots of the same info I already provided.
