They have so many awesome and very good infused olive oil and vinegar laid throughout the entirety of the shop in fun decanters. I think they're called decanters. The owner that helped us was actually very informative and the samples were perfect for helping us pick out which ones we wanted to take home and use.

The name of the store is "...olive oil.." but they have both olive oil and balsamic vinegar and I think the vinegar line up is what really did it for me - to fall in love. Staff is very knowledgable. You can sample every single oil and vinegar in the store. My favorite is the aged balsamic. It's so delicious - especially in the summer with burrata cheese and fresh tomatoes!
