Is your car looking janky, nasty or just plain shoddy? Then hurry on over to Roger Coss Auto Body!…read more  Why?! Coss they're the BEST!!! Their phenomenal Google reviews led me to them. My fellow Yelpers... check this shop out! No joke... Second generation old school work ethic and attention to detail. Where to start?! Roger has worked on my BMW 5 and both my Mercedes S and SL classes. Pics to follow! As you know I always research and follow the evidence like a Bloodhound or Gil Grissom from CSI for the very best in everything. Boy does due diligence pay off!  "We do cool things here" Roger Coss told me with a grin, as I watched him finish work on a priceless classic collectible already in his shop. His eye for meticulous artistry was evident in the ridiculously perfect work and flawless results! It was like watching a famous skilled artisan (Think Pi-Coss-o (lol)...his good years of course) A Multi Record Holding Champion Modified Race Car Driver of 30+ years, Roger has a true Perfectionist vibe. My Mercedes SL needed a touch of TLC, what Roger proposed was simply fantastic. Always keeping in mind my budget and never skimping on time or the best of materials. Even special ordering and chasing down impossible "discontinued" parts from the manufacturer. His main team (Ray and Joey) are equally impressive Masters... skilled workmen, with decades of experience. They treat your car as if it were a one off priceless collectible... and in my case I'm just blown away at the impeccable results!! Thank you Roger Coss Auto Body of Dover, NJ, you have definitely earned your amazing reviews and my business!

A very special thank you to Patrick, our salesperson, who was truly unbelievable in every way. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire leasing process incredibly easy and completely stress-free. He took care of everything from start to finish and genuinely made us feel like family. The entire team at BMW of Springfield was outstanding from the service department, to the finance team, to everyone who took the time to walk my parents through their new X5 and make sure they were comfortable with all of its features. Every detail was handled perfectly. This is exactly how buying or leasing a BMW should feel. First-class service, wonderful people, and an experience that exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire BMW of Springfield team, and especially Patrick, for taking such great care of my parents. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and couldn't be happier with the new X5! Highly recommend!

Steve should have headed home since my business with him was done, but he stayed until the very end just to shake my hand and say congratulations. That kind of dedication and awesome experience will definitely be remembered. I live about 3 hours away, but I will happily make that drive again to buy my next car here if Steve is still around.
