Horrible service! Had to go back and re-clean. Contracted to do deep move out cleaning. When I…read morereturned to my home found so many areas that were completely overlooked. Dirt and dust still on floors. Water still on tile hours later. Contacted company, and they had an excuse for everything! "You didn't sign up for that, or that was an extra charge". Well, cleaning my floors was not. 2 closets never vacuumed. Bifold door pulled off track. Of course they said it was that way! Not! They offered to send someone to clean again. No thanks, should have been done right from the beginning. Then offered an insulting $40 credit from the $441 job. What a joke! If you need a space cleaned, look elsewhere.

Our deck of Wolmanized wood was put up in 1989 and seems sound. The Final Coat Co. applied a…read morepaint-like light gray stain in 2019 that I recall them saying would last 20 or more years. It began flaking immediately. They touched it up 3 times, but it just kept on flaking. I gave up, but now we wanted to sell our house, and it looked awful (see photos). The Final Coat told me it was out of warranty and was not their problem. I offered to split the cost with them in some manner, as I realize it's been 5 years now. They told me they would only redo it for full price. I had Deck Rescue redo it, it cost $1800, and our deck now looks fine. If The Final Coat had told me it would cost $3600 to redo and they would split it with me, I would have paid them the $1800. I also think that after retouching 3 times in 2019 they should have checked back with me to see if it was alright. If you are considering using Final Coat, I would think twice about it.

If you want to throw hundreds of dollar down the drain, hire this company. This has to be the WORST…read morecleaning service I have ever hired. You can see below how the place was left and I was given nothing but excuses as to why it was left that way. I paid $400 for a deep move out clean of vacant unit. I was offered a $100 refund which I did not accept, but was still sent to me anyways. Beard trimmings were still left in bathroom sink drawers. I was told by the owner, Jessica, that the grout was unclean-able and needed to be regrouted. Yet, I went down 36 hours later with dawn dish soap and a scrub brush and within 5 minutes it looked much better. She never offered to come back and fix it, only wanted to argue with me. I was told that her leaving chemicals on the grout overnight must have loosed it up and that's why I was able to clean it. I was never told once that chemicals were being left on surfaces overnight. I asked for all the walls to be cleaned and you can clearly see that was not done. There is a booger still on the wall. I was also told that since they had to turn the heat on, so that's why there is debris and gunk all over the floor in the entire place. Plus, there was a closet that wasn't even touched. Dog food kibbles all over it still. In the pictures there is a side by side of white marble tile. How TBC maids left it and what it looked like after 5 minutes of cleaning with a scrub brush and Dawn dish soap myself. Jessica also told me over the phone she poured bleach on the white marble. Which as a professional cleaner, she should know that bleach oxidizes marble and leaves it yellow and should never be done. Please save your money, and go anywhere else.
