My first cleaning with Heavenly Touch Maids went well, but unfortunately, my second experience…read morecompletely changed my opinion of the company. My July 30 cleaning was confirmed for 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., so I scheduled another commitment for 2:00 p.m. That morning, I was notified that the cleaners were running late. I explained that I could accommodate about an hour's delay, but if they could not arrive by noon, I would need to reschedule. Sheila assured me they would arrive around 11:30-11:45. They arrived at 1:00 p.m. Delays happen. What was unacceptable was the way the company handled the delay. When the cleaners arrived, I was asked to either allow them to rush through my two-hour cleaning or leave them unattended in home while I went to my appointment. Since this was only my second cleaning with the company, neither option was acceptable. Rather than simply rescheduling, Sheila became rude and instructed the cleaners to cancel my service and leave. I then attempted to speak with the manager, Gabe, but was told he did not have time to take my call. The following day, he texted that I "would not be charged a cancellation fee." To be clear, I did not cancel the service--the company did. Their staff arrived outside my confirmed window, and I had already communicated that I needed to reschedule if they could not arrive by noon. Framing this as a customer cancellation demonstrated a concerning lack of accountability. A simple apology, acknowledgment of the scheduling issue, and offer to reschedule my full cleaning would have resolved the matter. Instead, there was no meaningful apology, no ownership of the problem, and no genuine effort from management to preserve the customer relationship. What began as a scheduling delay has resulted in the loss of a potential recurring customer, referrals, a 1-star review, and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Customer service is not defined by what happens when everything goes smoothly; it is demonstrated by how a company responds when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, Heavenly Touch Maids fell well short of that standard. If you value reliability, accountability, respect for your time, and exceptional customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere. Beware of ratings on company websites. Heavenly Touch Maids website boasts 4.0 reviews, however Yelp is right on it with a 2.7 overall review which is more reflective of my experience.

Langston's Ultimate Cleaning Service…read more I needed a cleaning service to clean out a fairly large house, three floors and a basement in a fairly short amount of time. This was my mother's home and after her passing, being the executor I needed to get the house on the market quickly. I called Blake @ Langston's Ultimate Cleaning Service. We made an appointment, which he showed up right on time, and we did a walk through. He asked a lot of questions on how things needed to be done. He made an effort to be clear on what was expected. He wrote up a contract giving the price and timeframe, we signed and he got to work. Four days later he sent me pictures on the progress. The house was all but finished and the yard was clean. I would hire Langston's Ultimate Cleaning Services again in a heartbeat. Chuck Portage County, Ohio

The contract was…read morevery vague on what was to be cleaned, after they worked for 2 partial days which added up to about 7 hours my aunt was told by the owner to sign off and pay them in full. She started to question areas that were not addressed felt frightened by the owner. Reluctently she paid for services that were never done, damages directly caused by this company and having to call Coit Carpet Cleaning to remove the excessive moisture left by Langston. Lesson learned, elderly people need assistance from family member when having services preformed. I strongly feel Langston Cleaning Service took advantage of my aunt. Be very careful of doing business with this company and do not pay or give deposit without a good visual inspection of what they were suppose to do.
