Langston's Ultimate Cleaning Service…read more I needed a cleaning service to clean out a fairly large house, three floors and a basement in a fairly short amount of time. This was my mother's home and after her passing, being the executor I needed to get the house on the market quickly. I called Blake @ Langston's Ultimate Cleaning Service. We made an appointment, which he showed up right on time, and we did a walk through. He asked a lot of questions on how things needed to be done. He made an effort to be clear on what was expected. He wrote up a contract giving the price and timeframe, we signed and he got to work. Four days later he sent me pictures on the progress. The house was all but finished and the yard was clean. I would hire Langston's Ultimate Cleaning Services again in a heartbeat. Chuck Portage County, Ohio

My elderly aunt arranged for this service to clean her house after a move out. The contract was…read morevery vague on what was to be cleaned, after they worked for 2 partial days which added up to about 7 hours my aunt was told by the owner to sign off and pay them in full. She started to question areas that were not addressed felt frightened by the owner. Reluctently she paid for services that were never done, damages directly caused by this company and having to call Coit Carpet Cleaning to remove the excessive moisture left by Langston. Lesson learned, elderly people need assistance from family member when having services preformed. I strongly feel Langston Cleaning Service took advantage of my aunt. Be very careful of doing business with this company and do not pay or give deposit without a good visual inspection of what they were suppose to do.

I have hired worksmart services twice now and both experiences were excellent. I own rentals in…read moreKent and needed to clean out a huge mess in a new property I purchased. The former tenants basically just walked out the door and left everything behind, including a room knee high with trash and debris. Worksmart hauled all of it out of the house for me (all three floors) and disposed of it. It would have taken me a very large dumpster and a week to clear it myself. Their prices are extremely reasonable - I've started hiring them instead of renting dumpsters. The price isn't much different and they load and haul everything out for me. It saves me a ton of time and stress. Today they cleared out the debris from tearing out plaster walls in a large kitchen and a bathroom. I know from experience this is a miserable job. They were able to fit me in within a few days and get it down by my deadline. I honestly can't recommend them enough. James is great to work with and very reliable and responsive. I will continue to hire him!

I am so pleased with the job this company did cleaning my home yesterday. I had a ton of questions…read moreand they were all answered quickly. And the best thing was being able to schedule online. We've been looking around to find a good fit for a regular cleaner and this one has exceeded our expectations. They do cost a little more than some of the other cleaners in the area but the awesome communication and great customer service and amazing work ethics make it worth it. I'm very happy. Thank you.

I am updating my review of this company - initially I hired the company to do a 6-hr priority clean…read moreof my two full baths, baseboards, and kitchen. They sent two employees to get the work done in half the time. With a priority clean, the cleaners only work until the time is up, regardless of whether the room is finished. In my case, they ran out of time to finish the kitchen. I was not home when they left, and it was not communicated to me that it had not been finished. The cleaners has sprayed my microwave to clean it but had forgotten to finish it and I found it with cleaner still inside, but filthy. The range hood had been started but also not finished and still covered in grease and spots. The fridge has been cleaned on the inside but the freezer had not, and the floors were not done at all. I called and complained but did not get a response until the following day. Initially o was told that they would not be coming back out but I did receive a second call where they allowed me to express my concerns and frustration. They agreed that this was not normal customer service and they promptly sent a new cleaner out the very next day. She was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to not only finish what the first cleaners had started but also did my blinds, touched up the baseboards, and cleaned the inside of the oven, which were all wishlist items for me but had not been accomplished due to time restraints. She made sure to walk throughout my home with me to check for my approval and asked for feedback on any items I'd like touched up. The next day, the manager called to confirm the cleaning was up to my standards. I feel that everyone makes mistakes from time to time and that this company went above and beyond to make sure I was left with a positive experience. I would recommend them to others.
