If you are visiting or live in the Salt Lake City/Park City/Surrounding cities and states, this is THE ranch you want to come to for lessons, camps, trail rides. The property is so beautiful and the trainers are passionate about the work they do. My daughter did a 1 hr lesson (best lesson shes ever had), and then a 4 hour trail ride 2 days later. She loved every second and its all due to the patience, knowledge, and geniune love that Abbi and Caleb share with their participants. I am blessed to have had to oppty to visit this Ranch and i hope you all do too!!! We will be back!! We aren't the most advanced riders but we have done the typical 1-2 hour ride on an older horse on some flat road or path. This experience was much more fun than that. Caleb and Kate were so much fun to talk to and amazing with guiding us. After seeing that we have had some experience before they brought us to some amazing views. We took some paths that had hills and dips, where the horses seemed to have the most fun. We stopped in a creek and small lake to let the horses relax and give us a moment to soak in the lovely nature. At one point we saw a moose and the energetic dog with us, named Banjo, chased him up a mountain and returned shortly after to lead the way for the horses. We stopped for an amazing charcuterie board and really bonded over our love for animals and nature. Honestly this place is amazing and the staff have a deep understanding of each horse and their different personalities, as well as the land and how to navigate it. We will certainly be back and hope to live this life style one day. THANK YOU Z CROSS RANCH!

Unfortunately at the time of the client's acceptance, management was unaware of the client's history of jumping from barn to barn due to addiction, and inability to pay their bills. I hope for their horse's sake they quit this sport.
