Worst customer service! Christi has an awful attitude for someone who is supposed to be…read morerepresenting your company! I came in with the $10 off $25 purchase coupon & she acted annoyed immediately when i handed it to her. Then when I noticed something rang up different from the shelf tag she copped an enormous attitude & told me it didn't matter as I was already getting $10 off. I asked her to check with the manager who was thankfully very kind & adjusted the price and I let him know that it was appreciated. Then as I'm paying she rudely tells me that I was taking advantage of the situation! What?! I told her I did not appreciate her attitude & she sarcastically said she was just reciprocating! So she admitted she was being rude to me on purpose! Then when I asked her about stamping the green stamp paper she said very aggressively -"definitely not", because she had bagged my stuff & i used a credit card! I had specifically told her I would grab my own box when she was ringing me up and at no point did I tell her to use a bag! I was being so patient with her snarky attitude until that point & then I was done! I told her I wanted to lodge a complaint with the manager & that set her off even more! I could tell the manager didn't really care, he looked tired. No apology for how i was treated, barely any acknowledgement. Beyond disappointing customer service! I have only been in 2 times previously, but this is definitely my last time shopping here! There are too many other stores that I would rather spend my money! I don't deserve to be spoken to & treated like that! If you don't want people to come in & use the coupons, then don't waste the money advertising & printing them in the paper for people to use! Where else would one go to pick up rye crisps and sprat pate- a healthy alternative to my typical car snack Cheez-Its ® and the principal explanation for why Russians are so strong and Americans so weak? The rye crisps (Finn Crisp) in particular deserve special mention because they actually tasted good unlike most other rye crisps which taste like chalk. I also picked up a hip flask with a Soviet insignia (vodka not included) because you never know when your car might break down in a snowstorm and you need a gulp of vodka to keep up morale on the long walk home from Siberia. Unlike most impulse shopping excursions, I actually regret not buying more here. There were all kinds of useless trinkets which would've made perfect gifts for unpleasant in-laws and distant relatives... Russian dolls, and animated wooden dolls which can be used to teach children about how bears drink vodka and how a Russian father repeatedly spanks his child. It is kind of small, but they have a range of beverages, condiments, snacks, desserts, etc., plus an adjoined bakery and meat shop. I picked up a box of Alwazah green tea, some fresh baked nan bread and a bottle of Rayann mango nectar (which was really, really good) for a grand toal of $7.73. Note: There is a $7.50 minimum for credit card purchases. They also do meat butchering and processing, in sheep and goat, I believe. Haven't tried their meat yet, but I might see what the prices are for sheep, get some lamb for a gyro or something like that.
