I originally looked at a sterns and foster at another store they didn't have the one i was interested in. Reis said I think we have that mattress went back and checked and said yes we have that one. Walked in store greeted by another associate very friendly he notified Reis we were there. He was with another customer but very politely said I'll be with you shortly. They have Carolina Furniture concept marked mattresses in store. Reis encouraged me to try hybrid firm copper mattress no high pressure sale. My husband and I tried it couldn't believe how amazing it was and decided to go with that mattress. Has a great warranty. Good pricing. Was delivered in a week . Very nice Store friendly Reis was very good salesman. Had a few questions Customer service called back with answers and they were very friendly and Knowledgeable. I took off work for a Tuesday morning delivery, but Ashley changed the delivery window three times and then never showed up. We heard nothing for two days. When the chairs were finally delivered, that window was changed twice as well, and they arrived in a rental truck because we were told the Ashley truck had broken down. The chairs were left sitting in our driveway, out of their boxes and wrapped only in torn plastic. When we unwrapped them about a week later, we found poor craftsmanship, missed stitching, loose threads, and a puncture hole. Customer service was even worse. Ashley repeatedly placed the burden of solving the problem back on us. One representative requested photos and promised to find a solution. Instead, we received an email two days later saying parts had been ordered and that we should call to schedule a repair. This was never discussed with us or approved. Are they really planning to reupholster two brand-new chairs instead of replacing the damaged furniture they delivered? Ashley also claims damage must be reported within three days, despite its own failed delivery and the condition in which the chairs arrived. I am now disputing the purchase through my bank. We are stuck with two damaged chairs and no acceptable resolution. The delivery was unreliable, the quality was unacceptable, and the customer service was atrocious. Pay more and shop somewhere else.

Tight enough that we weren't sure we could afford anything nicer than Ikea. From the start, the staff at Mobilia have been wonderful. They worked with us to design around the pieces in our living room that we couldn't afford to replace, and spent an amazing amount of time with us both in email exchanges and in person (when we could make it to NC). We really feel Michael (et al) went above and beyond what we could have expected to make sure we were able to find pieces we love that fit our tight budget. In addition, we cannot commend Hurt enough for how smoothly the delivery went. He was professional and warm, and had an impeccable eye to detail. Again, we cannot recommend Mobilia enough. We love our living room, and receive compliments all the time. We would return in a heartbeat for any furniture needs we have in the future.

We were on a girls trip so this was a fun stop on a quiet morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. We thought the prices for the clothing was on the higher end for a thrift store but LuLu's was very well organized and clean. The changing area was large and decorated so cute! There are all kinds of hidden treasures all over the store.. from Christmas decorations to random household items and lots of furniture too. We did not make a purchase on this visit but not for lack of trying. I would definitely stop in again when we are in the area to peruse their wares.
