Walked in store greeted by another associate very friendly he notified Reis we were there. He was with another customer but very politely said I'll be with you shortly. They have Carolina Furniture concept marked mattresses in store. Reis encouraged me to try hybrid firm copper mattress no high pressure sale. My husband and I tried it couldn't believe how amazing it was and decided to go with that mattress. Has a great warranty. Good pricing. Was delivered in a week . Very nice Store friendly Reis was very good salesman. Had a few questions Customer service called back with answers and they were very friendly and Knowledgeable. When we received the sectional couch we ordered it was delivered; however, it wasn't put together correctly with the connectors. Not all the back cushions had the same amount of "filling" so they were are varying heights when you looked at it from the back. Also, one of the legs was crooked. And the pillows were flat with almost no filling. The worst and most obvious defect was the chaise lounge piece was not the correct size. We couldn't deal with England furniture directly so we had to go through customer service at the store. We dealt with Cynthia and she was our liaison for England. We were told the chaise lounge piece would be remade. We just received it a couple of weeks ago and the replacement cushion is still not the correct size. It hangs off the frame. Please see pics attached. I called again and was told England was going to do nothing else as the variance was within their "tolerance level." I said it was not within ours and it did not look good. They will not do anything else. I will also be contacting the BBB. Please do not purchase anything from them or any England brand furniture. It's sad that companies we tried supporting: England and a locally made product from an American company and a local furniture company: Carolina Furniture Concepts and neither take accountability or stand behind the products they make OR sell. I took off work for a Tuesday morning delivery, but Ashley changed the delivery window three times and then never showed up. We heard nothing for two days. When the chairs were finally delivered, that window was changed twice as well, and they arrived in a rental truck because we were told the Ashley truck had broken down. The chairs were left sitting in our driveway, out of their boxes and wrapped only in torn plastic. When we unwrapped them about a week later, we found poor craftsmanship, missed stitching, loose threads, and a puncture hole. Customer service was even worse. Ashley repeatedly placed the burden of solving the problem back on us. One representative requested photos and promised to find a solution. Instead, we received an email two days later saying parts had been ordered and that we should call to schedule a repair. This was never discussed with us or approved. Are they really planning to reupholster two brand-new chairs instead of replacing the damaged furniture they delivered? Ashley also claims damage must be reported within three days, despite its own failed delivery and the condition in which the chairs arrived. I am now disputing the purchase through my bank. We are stuck with two damaged chairs and no acceptable resolution. The delivery was unreliable, the quality was unacceptable, and the customer service was atrocious. Pay more and shop somewhere else.

The furniture we received does not resemble the quality of the floor model we were shown. The reclining furniture was not assembled correctly, leaving a large gap on one side where the back meets the seat. Ashley's representative told us the manufacturer allows up to a one-inch gap. If that gap were evenly distributed across the back, that explanation might make sense. However, ours is entirely on one side, making the furniture look crooked and poorly made. In addition, the fabric on the back does not fit properly, and the seams do not align with the frame, giving the furniture an unfinished, sloppy appearance. The attached photos clearly show these manufacturing and assembly defects. During the purchase, we were strongly encouraged to buy an additional five-year warranty. Unfortunately, this isn't a warranty issue because nothing has broken. The furniture was simply manufactured or assembled poorly from the beginning. What is most frustrating is Ashley Furniture's return and exchange policy. We discovered these issues within 72 hours of delivery, yet we were essentially told we were stuck with the furniture. We feel this policy is misleading, especially when customers receive a product that does not match the quality of what was displayed in the showroom. If the floor model does not accurately represent what customers will receive, that borders on false advertising. My husband and I are elderly, and this experience has been upsetting and stressful. We expected quality furniture and good customer service from a well-known company. Instead, we are left with furniture that looks defective and a company unwilling to make the situation right. We cannot recommend purchasing from this Ashley Furniture location based on our experience.
