The way they schedule your fence project is their scheduling team will reach out to you when it's a few days from them having an opening. Now, this could be a week or could be two weeks as it just depends on how busy they are. However, Kyle Herling was the project manager I worked with and he was very responsive to my emails which helped a lot. Communication is key to making your customers feel satisfied! The guys on site doing the work were also very kind, shoutout Tony! He had me walkthrough the project before starting and was receptive to any feedback I had during the entirety of the process.

They cleaned up after themselves and even swept up the dirt off the sidewalk. They hauled off my old fence. I was told that if I ever have any issues with it, they will come out and fix them free of charge. They charged $2000 less than the lowest estimate I received from other fence companies. I could not be more happy with the service I received. It does not matter to me, but this is a small, family-owned business and everyone who came out to my house spoke English. I will use this company again when I need a deck built at my house.

Our fence on the roadside (house at the corner) has been having issues with warped/broken pickets…read morewhich needed fixing every few weeks. We used other fence companies which did quick fixes but the problem started happening again after few weeks. We wanted to solve this issue once and not deal with the fence for few years. Zach looked the fence and he found that the fence has no ground runner and that makes the fence pickets sit on the ground and become warped then pullout and break. Meaning the pickets will continue to brake and continue to need frequent repairs. Zach has given couple of options (first option is to repair the broken pickets, second option is to install new treated runner to keep the pickets off ground, new pickets and paint). We went with the second option. The poles were still in good condition, just needed an extra pole at the corner. From the beginning he has been very prompt in giving quotes, responding to questions, arriving to work on time and the finish the work on time. Prices are also reasonable. He also used pictures to convey problems and suggest solutions (this helped a lot as live out of town). The fence turned out be excellent and I am happy to recommend him to my friends in the area.

We had a lot of work done on our house recently including new deck in the backyard, a new roof and this fence project. I can easily say that Zach's work was the best of all the projects.

Based on their advertisement, it appears that Chris and his wife are the owners of the business. I initially reached out through the Nextdoor app to find someone to screen my patio. Several Nextdoor participants recommended Chris from Patio Escapes. Chris and I spoke over the phone and via text, during which he provided a quote for the work. I explained what I needed, and he assured me he could complete the job for the quoted price. The work was completed, and he also assured me that his work comes with a one-year warranty. Less than two weeks after the work was finished, I noticed some issues. I contacted Chris via text, and he responded, promising to return and make the necessary repairs and adjustments. This was in May 2025. However, as of mid-September, despite multiple calls and texts, I have not received any response from Chris or his company. I am sharing this as a warning to other potential customers. It appears that Patio Escapes is not honoring their warranty, and I am disappointed by the lack of response and support. 1. Gaps in sections of the work 2. The screens are loose 3. Unpainted areas 4. The screen door warped/off balanced. 5. Essentially, an area he fitted looks ill-fitted. 6. He doesn't return calls.

Wednesday the 19th I called the phone number on their website and here -- the phone number that apparently worked just fine when I was trying to get the estimate. No response. Thursday the 20th I called again. No response. I am so baffled by these companies that do not communicate with customers that want to hire them. UPDATE: He did not call me back after "checking his schedule." And why no response to my first phone call the previous day? He also seems to indicate that he received my first email, but not my second. I can post a screen shot of it, Jason, so frankly, I don't believe you. The fact is, you decided my job was too small to bother with, so you thought you would just ghost me. But then posted a response to my first review here within two hours of its appearance! I believe future potential customers should be warned about the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Obviously I have moved on and am looking forward to reviewing your competitor.
