Hired De Ann Cleaning Service for deep cleaning of mainly the kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom…read more She quoted me $100,00. An appointment was made for January 2nd 2023 at 1:30 pm. De Ann failed to complete the task. She failed to clean outside of cabinets, microwave oven. Left dirt in corners of kitchen. When I called to complain She said she would return on Saturday Jan. 7, 2023 at 10am. She did not show, nor did she call. I called her twice to no avail. I am unable to do the cleaning myself and will have to hire someone to properly clean my apartment. I feel I was taken for $100.00. This service is not reliable and does not do a good job. DeAnn B. This review has nothing to do with black or white. It has to do with giving good service! TOn my way home from a 12 hour day of cutting lawns, I seen this gentleman, I have no clue who he is to this day. But I said no way was I gonna let this guy tackle this on his own. So I turned around and went back and unloaded my mower and drove across the street and ask the gentleman if I could help. His eyes lit up and I took that as a yes. I ran down, jumped on my mower and went to work. As I'm cutting the lawn I look over and see the gentleman hunched over his wife, resting his head on her shoulder. So I get it knocked out in no time. I give them a thumbs up and proceeded to load my mower up. The wife makes her way over before I could leave. She was so thankful! Their riding mower broke down and her husband has been mowing their big lawn with a push mower. It only took 15 mins of my time. I changed their life, for a small moment. .I hope someone reads this and feels like doing something good for someone tomorrow. I'm grateful to be where I'm at and I'm thankful for the people that help me get here. We were looking for a company that was reliable as we had gotten tired with our existing company. After interviewing three companies we decided on The Bay. We liked that they described the scope of work in detail, making sure to state what tasks they were going to perform and what frequency. The best part, however, is that they not only described their tasks in detail but that they have carried out their tasks as described. We have had no need of having to constantly remind them to get stuff done. In addition, the team at The Bay has also been providing additional work with disinfecting high touch surfaces during this COVID-19 public emergency. We have had to remain open during the last three months and The Bay has been there every step of the way to support our business. Thank you Alex and the team for all your hard work.

I originally hired them for drywall repairs, but they also ended up staining my door and pillars. Everything turned out beautifully. The drywall repair was especially impressive....you cannot even tell where the repairs were made because they blended seamlessly with the existing drywall. The staining on the door and pillars also came out great and really improved the overall appearance. They were prompt, respectful, professional, and paid close attention to detail. Their pricing was also very reasonable and competitive, especially considering the quality of the work. It's not always easy to find someone who provides excellent workmanship at a fair price. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliable work.

If they did not have the bandwidth for smaller projects, I wish they had not come for a site visit, which wasted my time.

We'd had EAG paint some interior spaces previously, so we knew going in that EAG would do an excellent job for our home's exterior as well. We were NOT disappointed. The company owner, Elder, showed up on the first day with his crew (Jorge and Brian) to wash down the house and to prepare it for painting. A couple of days later, Eddy introduced their foreman, Marvin...along with his crew Jorge and Tony. Throughout the job, Marvin and his crew were punctual and diligent. They were respectful of our property and mindful of keeping the job site tidy. They concluded each day by leaving the job site organized and neat. Marvin always communicated any out-of-scope work that they encountered along the way. Things like dry rot, broken windows, and anything that wasn't quoted were always discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being done. Jorge was also instrumental in explaining any of the work we had questions about. He's young, but he knows his stuff. Throughout the job, neighbors commented on how great they thought the job was coming along. When the painting was completed, Marvin and Jorge made certain that our house was returned to us better than when they first started work on it.
