Since moving in in 2021 this carpet has been torn brutalized by a puppy (now a 4 year old dog), 2 cats, various babies, parties where ppl don't take off their shoes, etc. My mom had just hired Jose to clean the carpets in HER house and was so happy with the result she gave me his number. He came w/ his coworker the next day and was in an out in about an hour (keep in mind it was just 1.5 rooms). They were fast, considerate of the space, and most importantly did a great job. I thought they were very fairly priced for the outcome they delivered. I will most definitely be recommending Organic Cleaning Service to everyone I know and I'm just so glad I now know where to turn to next time I need service! I added before and after photos - the sun and shadows make it kind of hard to tell in some spots but in person it's night/day!

Carol and Stefani helped me. - Availability on short notice: They were available for cleaning the next day with less than 24 hours notice. They were on time too. - Great communication: Their owner was incredibly responsive over text, reaching out at the start and end of the visit. Communication was clear, warm, and professional. I felt very cared for. - Reasonable prices: They gave me the best prices after I reached out to several places. For 2 cleaners, they cleaned my 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 3.5 hours. - Great work / attention to detail: They wiped every cabinet and shelf (and even found drawers that I forgotten to clear). Bathroom was sparkling clean after and dusted. Windows and mirrors gorgeous. I was most impressed by their job with our stove and hood. They got every greasy spot and it looked new by the end.

Daiany is great! She's honestly short of a miracle worker! After a tenant left a newly remodeled…read moreunit in a pretty awful state, I was concerned it'd be impossible to get it back to the way it was. As someone who is fairly meticulous and a bit of a germaphobe, I chose Daiany because I thought her work on Yelp spoke for itself. She was my first pick, and I'm so glad she was able to help me. With pretty short notice, Daiany was able to provide a quote, answer my questions, and get me scheduled. She was super responsive and thorough when communicating before and after our time together. On the day of, she messaged me her ETA and arrived right on time. She and her team member helped return a unit that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a year to a nearly new state. The floors were made spotless, cabinets were unstickified, blinds were cleaned, oil stains were removed from the kitchen, colorful mold was removed from the shower walls and floor, etc. I was genuinely amazed that they were able to clean the shower as well as they did! They far exceeded my expectations. There were a few small things missed toward the end of a fairly long cleaning session, and Daiany was more than happy to address any remaining issues, which was sincerely appreciated. I haven't had too many move-out cleanings performed, but Daiany has been the best, and I plan to use her for any cleanings I need moving forward. If you're looking for a responsive, pleasant, and super thorough cleaning business, I highly recommend Cleaning By Daiany.

I didn't even think that the cleaners would touch it, as none of the other cleaning services I've used before bothered. Well, imagine my surprise after Elva and her partner left in looking up at the vent and seeing them both wiped clean. I was amazed at the level of detail they took to clean every corner of our house (even the tops of the baseboards!). I am so grateful, and look forward to booking Green Maid Today many more times in the future. Even my husband, who has also been unsatisfied with other cleaners we have used, noticed a huge difference. Days later, we are still pleasantly being surprised in finding areas of the house that have been immaculately cleaned. I didn't even feel like I had to give too much instruction on what I wanted done - they both went right to work and they work very hard and efficiently. They obviously know what they're doing and know how to satisfy their clients. Highly recommend! Thank you, Elva!

We've only had one deep cleaning so far but we're looking forward to regular monthly cleanings…read more Glenda is responsive over text and the cleaners were friendly, professional, and efficient. The most impressive thing of all is that they managed to clean our kitchen hood. We rent and when we moved in six years ago it was already dripping grease, it was so gunked up (like, it was literally coming out of the light and fan switches). We hired cleaners when we first moved in but they looked at the hood and said it couldn't be done, so ever since we never bothered to clean it or look into getting it cleaned. I didn't mention the hood to the Magic Hands cleaners and assumed they would also skip it like the previous cleaners, so my jaw hit the floor when they showed it to me after they had finished the house. All the grease was gone! We don't have grease dripping down onto the counters anymore! I'm so embarrassed we've been living like this for the last six years! So a huge thanks to Magic Hands for showing us we don't have to live in filth

Each time, they have come on time and have done a great job cleaning my apartment. I found pricing to be straightforward and reasonable. Would definitely recommend them as a good option for house cleaning in the Berkeley area.
