The pools were turning green, growing algae, full of leaves, bottoms covered in old leaves and debris...we were left in dire straits. I called multiple pool companies over the course of several days and could not get anyone to help us, most not answering the phone, most not returning calls from voice mails. And then by the grace of God, we found Blue Oasis. They answered the call, and in our emergency, worked their schedule aroubd to come out to BOTH pools the same day. I couldn't believe how clean they got the plaster, and when refilled and balanced it looks perfect! It took 1 day to drain, 1 day to clean, 2 days to refill and we were back in the pool!
