We looked around but eventually decided to book the combined package for both video and photography. We had an introductory meeting with both Tien and Joseph (Joe), which went very smoothly. We decided to go forward for the discounted engagement shoot with Joe and it went spectacularly. We loved the communication, the direction, and his willingness to work with both of us. After that shoot, we decided to book them for 2 additional events that we were planning. From start to finish, the whole process felt very comfortable. They were very patient, worked with our schedule, and brought amazing ideas. ------------- The products were amazing! All the photos are beautiful!, the highlight video and documentary videos are breathtaking. I have enjoyed periodically scrolling through them and reliving the moments Would definitely refer to any of my friends and rebook for future events. Thank you!!

I am most satisfied with Tien being our wedding videographer!…read more The communication: Deepa, the manager was very prompt in responding all my questions and was so considerate in offering his opinion based on my wedding plan and schedule. I almost immediately decided I would sign the contract. Tien was then quickly in touch with me and went through everything. Since I booked Tien last minute and my schedule changed a week before, I was afraid that we did not communicate well enough. But on the day of the wedding! Tien was so professional and you could hardly feel that he was there. He was always smiling and was very considerate and patient. He gave us many great tips in filming and how to get the best poses. I have to say I was lucky to have Tien there with us on the very special day. The film he produced is very artistic and romantic. It almost feels like a movie at the beginning. You can tell from my very blurry shots on my phone from the laptop. But still, It does not do his work in justice! I would recommend Tien to my friends and family if they are getting married.

Really liking her style of photography, we scheduled a newborn photo session with Constance at the end of November with our two week old son. Constance was incredibly responsive and professional. Not only that, she is a baby photo whisperer - she had a bunch of helpful suggestions to help our time together go smoothly. She brought a whole bag of adorable outfits and props, and she was happy to let us choose some of our own outfits, too. For this session we decided to stay home and take photos around our house and yard, and they turned out beautifully. We are so pleased with these special keepsakes! Constance also made it easy to review the raw photo collection after the shoot, choose the ones we wanted, and deliver the final files all online. She also offers large size prints! In the future I'd love to do an on-location shoot with our son in the redwoods of Oakland. I already have ideas :) Thank you, Constance!

She was great with my little guy. The studio was clean and well organized. Now the rub. After the photo shoot we received the samples with watermarks and no-edits, and offered to pay for just the digital copies of the photo which seemed like a reasonable request. However, she said she would only release them if we purchased the entire package (like $3.5-4k. There's no pricing on website and price only disclosed after the complimentary photoshoot on some website link) for 30+ photos and even if she sold us the digital photos, it would still cost the same. Are you kidding me? For my wedding in 2023, we had 2 photographers and videographer, for over 5 hours, and that price tag didn't add up. Seemed a little shady to get you in the door and upsell you at a RIDICILOUS rate. Kind of a waste of time. We just opted for the "complimentary" 5x7 photo which still took like 4 months to obtain and we had to pay for shipping.
