He was professional, kind, and so easy to be around, which made me completely trust him before we even started planning our own wedding. From the beginning, he was easy to communicate with and made the entire process stress-free. On our wedding day, he blended in so naturally that we hardly noticed the cameras, yet he somehow captured every meaningful moment. He worked seamlessly with our photographer, and everything felt effortless. The day after our wedding, he sent us a teaser reel, and we were absolutely blown away. It perfectly captured the emotion, energy, and joy of the day. We've already watched it countless times and can't wait to see the full film. If you're debating whether to hire a videographer, do it--and hire EJ. Photos help you remember your wedding day, but video lets you hear the laughter, relive the vows, and feel those moments all over again. We are so grateful we'll have these memories for the rest of our lives.

They collaborated so well with our photographer and even took some pictures on their phones the day of. EJ sent them to me and I was so surprised at how sweet that was and how wonderful the iPhone pictures were. EJ and Thomas made sure to capture the entire day and to get key elements that were most important to us. We truly enjoyed spending time with them! They made us feel comfortable and were great at directing us as well as being able to hide in the background when needed. Both of them showed us throughout the process that they cared and wanted to make us happy. When we received the highlight video, we were blown away! My husband was apprehensive about hiring a videographer but I convinced him to do it as I really wanted to have those memories. After watching the highlight video, he was so happy we hired Reel Motions. They picked one of the songs we liked and it flowed perfectly with the video. They captured everything we wanted and more! I've watched it so many times and each time I love it more. Everyone we've shown it to is amazed at how beautiful it came out and how professional it looks. The video quality is top notch as well as the editing. I'm grateful for them taking the time to make this special for us. They even scheduled a call with us while they were working on it to confirm a few details. Later on we received the footage from the day which included another four videos (getting ready, wedding ceremony, speeches, and friends and family). Not only did they put two of the videos to music but they also made them into edited videos that are fun to watch. They captured moments that I didn't even remember and/or didn't notice that they were recording. The ceremony music sounded great and the mics they put on my husband and our officiant blended in pretty well and captured the voices well. We 100% recommend Reel Motions to anyone who wants a videographer to capture special memories. We would use them again in a heartbeat! On top of all this, their prices are more than fair and I can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied with them! EJ and Thomas are top notch all around!

Chris is *awesome.* We seriously can't recommend him enough!…read more A bit of explanation: We added a videographer super last minute because my grandparents unexpectedly couldn't make it to our wedding, and I am SO grateful we found Spleeny Films. He was incredibly responsive over email and phone calls, always getting back to us right away and answering all our questions thoroughly. He really listened to us and made sure to capture all the footage we wanted. As stressful as a last-minute hire can be, I always felt like we were in good hands with Chris, and for that I am forever grateful. On the day-of, where we met for the first time (!), I knew we made the right decision: he was polite, friendly, and funny. He had some great ideas about how to capture everything, and worked wonderfully with our photographers. Best of all, we hardly noticed his presence (super ideal, since you don't want a video camera to be in the way all the time) -- and yet when we watched the video after the wedding, we were amazed at how much footage he caught that we didn't even realize he was around for! He had remarkably fast turn-around time so we could show my grandparents, and even went above and beyond to make us a beautiful short film in addition to our long full-coverage video. Everything is so wonderfully shot, with such great lighting; it just shows how great of an eye he has for capturing the right images and all the different emotions everyone has. We were especially impressed with his editing skills and how he was able to splice the footage together in such a way that it really told a story. I can't believe our luck at finding Spleeny Films, and will recommend him to any friends and family getting married in the area in the future. He's just what you want on your wedding day: a true artist who also happens to be an awesome person that you'd like to be friends with. Comparing our experience with our other married friends, we consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have found someone so personable, fun, and professional. Thanks, Chris!!

Words can not explain how happy my wife and I are with the product that Chris has delivered to us. Not only was the end result even better than we could have ever imagined, but the way he worked around our requests during our special day was phenomenal. Chris is a professional in every aspect...He arrived early, had plenty of cameras, extra batteries, worked around our schedules during and after our wedding to deliver the end result, and he even had a backup pair of shoes with him when one of his broke! The photographer we hired (not connected to/or recommended to us by Chris) was a different story. She made everything go her way and made it tough for Chris to get certain shots that he wanted, but you would never know by the end results. Our photographs look alright, while our video was breath taking. I can recall seeing our photographer quite often throughout the night, but only once spotted Chris. He is very ninja like. If we had to go back and do it all over, we would have just stuck with Chris, or used a photographer that he recommends. Thank you again for all of your help and sorry that this review took so long! You are definitely a professional in every aspect and I hope other couples have the pleasure that we did to have you capture their beautiful weddings. Thank you again Chris!

He was extremely easy to work with, had a great professional demeanor, and was responsive unlike some of the others we tried to reach out for just for quotes. I'm a big believer that your "response time" can tell a lot about how much you want your business to thrive in today's competitive market.
