I purchased "educational studio time" (not sure of the exact name, but the service is 1 hr long at $100) for my son who loves music and aspires to be a producer/audio engineer, rapper, etc... Before booking the time I had a few questions. I was weary because the recommended/required form of communication is via email only and I wasn't sure I would hear back in a timely fashion. Boy was i surprised, not only did I hear back within less than a 24 hour period the response was informative and engaging (asked questions to clarify what exactly I was trying to accomplish. Moreover, clarifying what my son was trying to accomplish. After a few back and forth emails the educational session was recommended. I completed the order. I was contacted again, very quickly to schedule the time and date. I received a calendar notification with thorough details to getting to the studio on my assigned date. Unfortunately, my personal circumstances changed and I needed to cancel the session. I sent an email explaining my situation. Again, I received prompt courteous communication accepting the cancellation and noting the refund process. Based on my experience with the customer service I really hope I can eventually book and keep a session for my son.

Sometimes, you get guys that look like they hate their lives and its miserable dealing with these type of workers. Luckily, he's the complete opposite of that. These two guys are the ones I will always look for when I come in for something. Ill add, I dont review places often, it has to be exceptional and it was.

Alright, let's start off this review by saying I am a wedding planner and a bride so I basically…read morewas the most annoying client ever. Phil took it in stride! He answered all of my questions and gave us some GREAT advise!!! We got married in our home town where we don't live anymore and Phil talked us through everything on the phone and made time during our limited trips up there to check out the venue. Phil and his team were AMAZING on the wedding day!!! They were everywhere at once without being intrusive. As a planner I can tell you that this isn't always the case. He asked for very little of his own time with us and allowed us to just do our thing and capture everything naturally. We added a few a la carte services onto our package and we are so glad we did! We had him record the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner which was amazing because we were doing some Japanese traditions that evening that wouldn't be repeated at the wedding. And we paid for drone footage, so cool! Overall we had a wonderful experience with Phillip Alan Films and would HIGHLY recommend them!

Videography actually wasn't initially a top priority for us (we were working within a budget) but we decided to keep an open mind and meet with a few videographers just to see what was out there. From our very first conversation with Phill, we were sold. It was clear that he wasn't just interested in booking another job, he genuinely wanted to get to know us as people. In the end, working with Phill was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process. We were absolutely blown away by the final product. He went above and beyond what was outlined in the contract, and he delivered the final product ahead of schedule. Everything in the videos, from the drone shots, time lapse shots, to song choices, was perfect. Our wedding videos are now some of our most treasured possessions and we can't wait to watch them back over the years. What impressed us most was Phill's obvious passion for his craft. Our calls with him often ran long, not because we were particularly picky, but because Phill took the time to understand us. His enthusiasm is infectious, and it shows in every interaction. Beyond his videography expertise, he offered valuable insights that extended well beyond his role, helping us navigate other aspects of our wedding planning. He was very responsive and we never waited long for replies to our emails. If you're a couple who's on the fence about getting video for your wedding, do it! While our photos were beautiful as well, the videos capture something truly unique. Above all, Phill comes across as a genuinely good person who cares about his clients and their special day. We couldn't have asked for a better videographer!

In my role as events coordinator for Shriners Hospitals for Children, I am regularly tasked with a plethora of activities, galas, and fundraisers for the hospital and I always look to them to assist me with our unique needs. From stage rentals, lighting, tables, and more - what I appreciate the most about their team is their ability to not only communicate quickly, but to also do everything in their power to secure items for us. We do our best to plan, but as we all know there are moments where we have to throw something together. I can always count on Legion AVS to get back to us on the same day, be available for troubleshooting, and show up exactly when I need them to. Pricing has been competitive and generous, and Danny has even taken the time to tour our facility and learn more about our mission. In addition, Danny has helped us coordinate other products through partners of his (linens, glassware, etc.) to which we are very grateful. When I have an event, I start with Legion AVS first. Give them a shot... you'll be glad they did! P.S. They have the best high-top tables around... Trust me.

Kevin led the team on our shoot day and the team was awesome. Super impressed by a gimbal shot they got with our building's signage and two subjects entering the building. It was a difficult shot but they had the talent to not only get it, but continue to get takes until they got it perfect. They were communicative, they listened to feedback and ultimately delivered on every expectation that we had.
