After waste precious time with Fox Racing ordering process, Tri Tool in Rancho Cordova is a breath…read moreof fresh air. We got to talk directly to the shop foreman Dirk for the hard to find Fox strut misalignment bearing spacers. And what do you know, the calm and knowledgeable foreman breakout caliber to collect measurements and offer various steel grades for our application; grade 8, stainless, etc. not only put us at ease from Kirk voice of experience, but also their lightning fast completion time. Sure, there was minimum hourly charge but Tri Tool saved us from the headache, time wasted for our vehicle sitting days in the shop waiting for Fox parts, and the part came out exact dimensions as the original spacers. Kirk even offered to coat the parts to slow the rust process, what's not to like. The process beginning to end take 1 day and not 4 weeks as promised by Fox. After simple credit card swipe for payment, the needed parts were on their way to the shop to complete our project.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with the folks from Camellia City Chem-Dry. We just…read morehad a baby and we wanted the carpets to be as clean as can be for him. Camellia City did an awesome job. Seriously. We spoke with Cynthia on the phone who helped us set up our appointment. They didn't have our first choice of times available, but she told us if they had a cancellation that she would call us back and let us know. A couple of days passed and she called us to let us know that our original time preference was available. Very cool of her to follow up like that. On the day of the cleaning technicians Aaron and Joseph arrived right on time. They explained in detail what how Chem-Dry products work and how they were going to approach cleaning the rooms in our house. Basically they showed us that they had their crap together and knew what they were doing. Nicely done. It took them a tad bit longer than they expected, but it was due to our cat's hair being so embedded in the carpet that it took them a bit of extra work to get it all out. Personally I was fine with that because I'd rather have the job done well than fast. Plus, I had taken a half day off of work so it wasn't a big deal for me. When Joseph and Aaron were done, my wife and let out a bunch of "whoas" and "holy craps" because our carpet looked brand new. We didn't realize how dirty we had been living until the carpets had been truly cleaned. It's amazing. I used to Rug Doctor the carpets about once every eight to twelve months. Never again. The quality level of Chem-Dry vs. Rug Doctor is not even in the same ballpark. Plus Rug Doctor was a major pain in the ass with the tank refills and the time investment. We're hooked on our clean carpets now, so we're going to do this again in a few months when our little guys starts to get mobile. We were originally referred to Camellia City through the Chem-Dry web site, but going forward we're just going to go straight to them. This was a 100% positive experience and I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the Sacramento area.
