I'll break my review up into two components (plannings vs. day of), but our day could not have been more perfect or run more smoothly thanks to her and her team. Planning: From the start, we were impressed by Diana's organization and pragmatism. She has a great sense of what is "worth it" in terms of budget, and how to maximize impact for things like décor and flowers. This was extremely helpful, as we felt as though we were making good use of our budget, and were not pressured to overspend in any way. Choosing individual vendors was something that really overwhelmed me (there are so many great options!). Diana made this process seamless! At the start of our planning journey, we had a long discussion about what we were looking for in each vendor (e.g., photography style, entertainment type, floral colors, etc.) and our budget. She would send us 3-5 recommendations for each vendor and we would review and discuss. Obviously, if we wanted to see more options she would send them, but this really cut down on our stress and made this part of planning very straightforward. She also went through the entire design process with us, and put together a very detailed and helpful "mood board" that she shared with our florist, making that process super easy as well. Additionally, she was also extremely helpful in managing our vendors without letting us feel any stress. Our venue created some difficulties and could be frustrating to work with at times, and Diana did a TON of work in the background / back channeled with them to resolve any issues and keep things running smoothly. As we got closer to the day of, we had additional calls with her and all of our vendors to discuss the timeline. Diana created a VERY detailed, easy-to-follow timeline for the day before and day of. She also made a version for our families and bridal party that we could circulate. It was extremely helpful to have all of the timeline information in one place, and have the assurance that all of our vendors were on board with the timeline and could execute it easily. Day Of: Our day of could not have been better thanks to Diana and her team! They arrived early to the venue and ensured that everything was moving along with set up at the ceremony site and in the ballroom. My husband and I truly felt no stress the day of because we knew that all of the vendors were prepared and Diana was on it. We had a few timeline-related hiccups later in the day when our ceremony ran long (not Diana's fault!!) and she was quick to step in and make on-the-fly changes for the rest of the evening to make sure that things kept running smoothly. And the whole day was totally seamless as a result! All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend Diana for any wedding or event planning. She was warm, kind, organized, and pragmatic, and my husband, both of our families, and I loved working with her. Could not recommend more!!

I was overwhelmed with the wedding planning process and knew I needed help to pull off our ideas for the day. She understood my vision immediately and worked with us to find the perfect vendors, give us ideas, and keep us reassured throughout the entire process. Our wedding was based in San Francisco, with a church ceremony in the city and our reception on Treasure Island. When I mentioned an idea to Diana that we could ferry the guests across the Bay instead of using shuttles, she didn't bat an eye. She reached out to all sorts of boat companies and we landed on the perfect transportation solution for our goals and our budget. The day, though logistically challenging, felt seamless. As a very organized person myself, I often find it difficult to relax when we're on a tight schedule; but that day, I felt so much at ease and incredibly supported the entire day knowing that Diana and her team had the details covered. When we arrived at the reception, the venue had been transformed by her team and our vendors. It was well beyond my expectations and even my original vision. Our decorations, food, DJ/Band hybrid, gelato and coffee bars were amazing; but just as equally amazing were the small details - the guests' table settings, photo and welcome tables were set up perfectly. Diana and her team made sure we got a chance to try all our appetizers and stuck to our timeline without it feeling too structured or like we were pulled in too many directions. Overall, this was truly the best day, and I'm so grateful for Diana and her team that made it so. Our guests are still telling us that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, complimenting every single aspect of it - and we owe that all to Diana. We couldn't have done it without her! I highly recommend her as a planner who is willing to take on every challenge and execute perfectly.

We initially spoke with several other planners, but after our first call with Kimberly, we knew we wanted her to be the one helping us plan our event this past October in Sonoma. We insisted that Kimberly was our go-to with ASE. ASE has several levels of planning packages depending on what you are looking for. My Husband and I decided to go with the partial planning package and it was the perfect balance for us. We are from the Chicagoland area so having a planner in California where we were getting married was essential. Kimberly is also well-connected in wine country/the wedding industry and has relationships with many of the vendors who ASE has worked with over the years. This is a major perk, since she was able to point us in the direction of some of the best vendors out there! We always felt like we were in the right hands and were provided high quality recommendations by Kimberly. Throughout the past year of planning with Kimberly she was always kind and had such a positive attitude. Aside from being our wedding planner, Kimberly felt like a friend. Not only did we hear from several of our vendors how much they loved working with Kimberly and how organized she was, even several of our friends asked who she was because they noticed how on top of everything she was at the wedding. Everyone tells you how stressful wedding planning can be, especially since our entire planning process was virtual and during covid, but ours was carefree and fun! You also hear "something is going to go wrong the day of" but my husband and I can say that our day was flawless. If something did go wrong, it was nothing made known or visible to either us or any of our guests. When my Husband and I returned to our hotel room at the end of that night, Kimberly and her assistant had already returned all our signs and personal belongings to our room. They laid out my veil on the bed with our welcome sign so beautifully (see pic). Although this was a small gesture, we felt it was so thoughtful to walk back to at the end of what was already the perfect day! One final touch if you will! I have said to my husband on numerous occasions recently that I wish our wedding planning wasn't over and how I want to experience our day all over again and he agrees! My 14 month engagement turned into 26 months and I cannot imagine having gone through the challenges the pandemic and wild fires presented without Kelly. In addition to her gorgeous work, creativity, and connections in the industry, she is as genuine as can be and truly wants the best for her brides, grooms and their families. Not only does Kelly want to make your wedding planning experience as easy and fun as possible, but she also does an incredible job of getting to know you and making the wedding extremely personal. She got to know my husband and me in addition to our story and overall vision for our special day/weekend. Kelly goes above and beyond. For example, Kelly knew mine and my husband's love for Crumbl cookies and it became a shared love between all of us. She had the great idea to pick up Crumbl catering for our Rehearsal Dinner, which was also my husband's birthday, because she knew how special that would be for us. This is just the smallest example of Kelly's thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. Our wedding planning process presented extreme challenges between having to postpone a full year due to the pandemic and having to find a new venue/caterer/other vendors after our original venue burned down, but Kelly had my back every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to give us the best options while still taking our budget and preferences into consideration. The day would not have been possible without her and we are forever grateful for her dedication, her hard work, and her genuine love for what she does. Three months later, anytime we see our friends and family, they still talk about how perfect and absolutely stunning our wedding day and weekend was. I knew our day would be special but it was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Kelly and the ASE team went above and beyond in creating the most special, beautiful, personalized and intimate wedding for us and I will forever be grateful. She worked with us tirelessly, giving us an incredible amount of personal attention to ensure not only that we were comfortable with our decor and timelines, but that both of our families were as well. She coordinated multiple site visits to make sure the venues, vendors, and our families were all aligned. There wasn't a single concern, big or small, that we brought to her that she didn't help us navigate with calmness and reassurance. When it came to decor, we came to her with countless ideas that changed constantly, and R&R helped us organize everything into a cohesive and realistic vision we were genuinely excited about. Raman suggested themes and ideas we never would have thought of on our own and was always transparent about what was and wasn't possible. In the end, the team exceeded our expectations across all of our events. The team also helped with custom items like signage and photos, picking everything up earlier in the week while setting up our home decor so we didn't have to think about a thing. Having R&R as both our decorator and planner made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. She was so kind and accommodating (even when I made some last minute asks two weeks prior to the wedding) and willing to work within our price point. I sent her a few example photos of what I wanted, and she took it from there! While we never met in person leading up to the big day, she's communicative and asked a ton of questions to make sure she could bring our vision to life. SHE DID! (See photos.) When planning a wedding, there are so many details and decisions to make (ie: stress) over. Don't make things more complicated than they have to be! If you've found Anna - CELEBRATE! From the start, she was really easy to communicate with, took in all the photo examples I sent her, and she completely incorporated what I was picturing for our wedding day. I didn't see a lot of examples of Anna's work in the style I wanted beforehand so I wasn't totally sure how the arrangements would look, but the flowers were even more beautiful than I had hoped. She really nailed the loose & romantic look that we'd talked about, and since we didn't really have "wedding colors" she incorporated the fall tones that we wanted perfectly. She was at the venue to set up right on time, made sure all the arrangements were placed in the right spots, and came back at the end of the night to pick up the larger vases and trees we'd rented from her. The more I look at photos, the more I realize just how much Anna did for us that day, from the fairy lights strung around the manzanita trees, to the 6-foot leaf garland at our head table, to the aisle arrangements in galvanized buckets. The flowers at our wedding were probably the one thing I had the highest expectations for, and Anna gave us something so beautiful and memorable.
