She is in amazing condition - the credit for this goes to the previous owner Mr. Warner - he is another amazing individual! But THIS write-up is about Arin... From the very beginning, Arin has been nothing but STELLAR! When the yacht I wanted to look at was already sold, he recognized my desires immediately and encouraged me to look at Bella. As I said, she turned out to be the nicest boat of her age I have EVER seen (and I've seen a LOT of them). As I could tell from the listing that she would be something unique, I asked Arin for the earliest date possible to see her - August 9th (2025). When that day came, Arin moved items around in his schedule to accommodate me, and met me at the pier exactly as he had promised. He recognized that I was someone who needed time alone to look things over and he gave me time, and carte blanche to look deeply into Bella's pockets. I spent the better part of two hours, and Arin didn't blink or flinch once. He knew I had fallen in love. And I truly had - at 37 years old, Bella didn't have a mark on her and was equipped better than any boat I had owned before. I told him, even before the survey, that I wanted her, but he already knew, and had already contacted a highly sought-after surveyor - Andy Schwenk - to give him the heads up. He had known that she was something special when he took her into the brokerage. Arin made ALL of the arrangements for the survey: contracted the yard, contracted the surveyor, arranged for the owner to be there to answer any questions. The survey was completed 9 days later. I was present for the in-water portion, including the sea-trial. Unfortunately, I couldn't be present for the hauled portion of the survey - it had to be rescheduled because of a travel-lift failure on the original date of survey. So, Arin took charge and made videos for me of the haul-out and survey, so I could see how it was performed. As expected, the survey came back SPOTLESS - literally. There wasn't a single defect in her hull ANYWHERE! And her topsides looked just as good! In fact, it was the cleanest survey I've ever seen - including those of boats that were much younger. NOTE: My diver (David Laird) confirmed all those results two months later - told me he loves diving this boat because it's always SO clean. Knowing that would be the result of the survey, Arin had already been working on getting the title company going, and advising me of all the things I must do to complete the sale. By October 31st, I was the proud owner of Bella! Arin had already arranged a slip for me at the brokerage. He even helped the previous owner move Bella into that slip when she had to be moved out of the previous owner's marina, and I couldn't be there. A BIG thank you goes our to Mr. Warner and Arin for that one! November 7th, ONE month after I had first seen her, My friend Scott and I sailed Bella to Westpoint Harbor, where she now sits in her new home! I CAN'T say enough good about Arin Jeffers! He is truly amazing - selfless, professional, knowledgeable, ethical, kind, and patient - all the things a truly wonderful broker should be! Bravo! Zero protection and access restriction. People living in their cars are allowed to overnight in the lot. Between the police, on-site security (total joke) and paid monitoring service (also a joke) nothing ever changes. There have been boats stolen, boats broken into, homeless encampments under the shipway launch ramp. Something needs to change other than the rent which keeps going up.

Started a trailer brake project and needed to replace 2 drums and 2 hubs. Thought about ordering…read moreonline but most venders a week out for delivery and shipping was pretty steep due to weight. I stopped by outboard motor shop and they had a set of 10" drums on the shelf as well as a set of hubs. Talked to Matt in parts and he gave me a screaming deal on everything. Nice shop with a selection of most boat and trailer parts. Needed brake line kit as well, but what they had did not fit my need. No biggy, I well ordered that from amazon 1 day delivery. If looking for a tough to find part or have project don't forget about this shop. They got some of everything and may have that hard to find part or piece.
