Scheduling was easy and the basic exterior cleaning work was okay, but unfortunately the…read morefollow-through was disappointing. The crew removed the upstairs window screens as part of the cleaning. According to the company, they were still responsible for cleaning the screens, but they had arranged for my interior cleaners, who were working at the house at the same time, to put the screens back afterward. The problem is that the upstairs screens were never cleaned in the first place, and my interior cleaners said they were never told or asked to reinstall them. After everyone left, I discovered the upstairs screens were still dirty and had been left off the windows. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told they could not come back because the property was too far away and they did not have any other jobs in the area. I was also unable to personally inspect the windows and screens after they were eventually reinstalled. The current occupants are now telling me that some of the screens appear to be bent. Since I wasn't able to inspect them immediately after the cleaning, I can't say exactly when or how that happened, but it adds to the frustration of how the screens were handled and the lack of follow-through. Regardless of who was supposedly responsible for putting the screens back, cleaning them was part of the exterior company's work and that was not completed. There also appears to have been poor communication regarding who was responsible for reinstalling them. Overall, scheduling was easy and the basic cleaning was fine, but leaving the screens dirty and removed, followed by an unwillingness to return and correct the issue, was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend using a different company.

The roof had noticeable staining from the palms and surrounding vegetation, and after the cleaning it made a huge difference in the overall appearance of the house, especially as you approach from the front. Everything looks much cleaner, brighter, and better maintained. The service was professional, the results were exactly what we were hoping for, and the improvement was very noticeable. I would definitely recommend Clean Clear Services SD for roof washing and solar panel cleaning.

**15% immediate increase in solar production**…read more I had the pleasure of working with Jason Waldie of Clean and Clear Solar and Window Cleaning Services to clean my 18 solar panels, which had not been cleaned since 2021, as well as three skylights. Jason came highly recommended and I can absolutely see why. From start to finish he was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the entire process. He answered every question I had and even provided before and after photos that speak for themselves. After the cleaning I measured a 15% increase in my solar production, proof that keeping panels clean really does make a difference. Jason's attention to detail was impressive and he clearly takes pride in his work. It is obvious that Clean and Clear cares about delivering top quality results. This experience has made them my go to for any exterior cleaning needs and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you have solar panels, do yourself a favor and get them cleaned at least once a year. You will see the difference in both appearance and performance.

I needed to repair my skylight after noticing moisture on an area of the wood below it. I received…read moreseveral quotes, but Sunline Energy was the only company that recommended fixing the root of the problem rather than just putting a Band-Aid on it. My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Based on my experience and the quality of Juan's work, I would highly recommend Sunline Energy to anyone needing skylight or related roof repairs.

Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.
