We ordered the Cuban sandwich and the Cuban burger, and honestly both were dangerously good. The Cuban sandwich was exactly what you hope for -- crispy bread, perfectly pressed, packed with flavor, and the kind of sandwich that makes you pause mid-bite and just nod at the person across from you like "yep... this was the right decision." The Cuban burger was also fantastic -- juicy, flavorful, and big enough that you start questioning whether you should have skipped breakfast. The area around the restaurant was great too. Nice vibe, good energy, and perfect for walking around before or after eating... which you will probably need to do after finishing that burger. The servers were good -- friendly, attentive, and thankfully didn't judge us for attacking the food like we hadn't eaten in three business days. Overall the place has a fun atmosphere, great Cuban comfort food, and the kind of menu that makes you want to come back just to try the things you didn't order the first time. Highly recommend... just be prepared to leave full and slightly considering a nap. 10/10 would happily destroy another Cuban sandwich there again.

Service was good despite not being in the main part of the restaurant. The outside area was cute and vibey. I am gluten free, and our server was knowledgable on what I can/can't have - Mexican food is often easy. The food was delicious and fresh (photos attached)!! Fun fact, right after this meal- my husband and I (happily) found out we were pregnant. Our meal made the news that much better since we were full and satisfied! :D

We stopped in the first time during their 4 to 7 M-F Happy Hour and had some great drinks and their salsa sampler. Just a note, we got their just after 4 and had good service at the start but the place packed out and service went to zero. This is a management problem not a server problem. They were just too overwhelmed to give good service. We returned the next day just before happy hour because we'd seen the nachos the day before and wanted to try them. They were the perfect meal for 2 before a 7:30 food event. This time we knew to order water with our drinks so we didn't need service when the happy hour crowd hit. We returned the day after that after a brunch food event and a late afternoon bicycle ride . The place was packed but we were able to get a table on the sidewalk off the street as opposed ti the seating on the walkway which was all reserved. It was a fun place to eat. This time I had the mole and my wife had the aguas chile. Both were good although the mole didn't have quite the depth of flavor and complexity I look for. It was still very enjoyable and the well seasoned refried black beans, rice and corn tortillas complemented the mole very well. I know this is a chain but we only tried this location and can only highly recommend it.

The ambience is secluded and warm without losing its chic feeling. The two chefs had a great personality and we had great conversations. The food was absolutely amazing. Each course had a completely distinct flavor profile and played off one another very well. None where so over powering that it made the other seem bland. Extremely well balanced with amazing flavors. For a nice night out. Stay at the beach for the weekend, take an uber to the restaurant, immerse yourself for an hour or so of culinary delight, and let the outside world melt away in the experience.

We normally check the Michelin Guide first but there's none for Miami so we decided to browse through Tock for fun. This was how we stumbled upon Sushi Bar and we are so glad we did! The price point of $185 per seating is super worth it. You get a lot of fish and they are very creative with each nigiri. Their spin on it shows their creative side (with Miami flavors) but is not super over the top and sauce does not drown out the freshness of the fish. Something that stood out to me was how they shaved frozen monkfish liver as a topping. I wanna go back just for that!! They also had some pieces where they smoked the fish. Besides the food, I thought it was very creative how they welcomed guests with a welcome drink at the hotel bar. This was so unique! We finished ours early, and had some of their other drinks - they were all very good! Once they're ready, a server came to get us from the hotel bar and led us through an alleyway to a separate building which was where the actual omakase was taking place. The atmosphere was dark and gave off speakeasy vibes, which I thought was different to other omakase places. Bar is spacious enough to still have private conversations. We did the beverage pairing and we really appreciated the sommelier's knowledge. Overall, we would want to come back again for another tasting experience!!
