We were very happy with Strongbuilt. They were with us every step of the way and were very…read moreresponsive and easy to work with. We knew we wanted to add a garage to our house, but truly did not know where to start. I called and Pam spent the time walking me through the steps and answered my questions. She even recommended an amazing Architect to pull the drawings together. The bid pulled together was extremely complete and they took the time to survey the area in detail. They found and recommended items that we did not even know to consider and really brought our ideas to life. Their bid was 10% less than the next lowest bidder as well! Even though our project was straight forward (add a garage), it was complicated by the fact that ALL our utilities had to be moved. This was electric, solar, water, gas, irrigation, and cable. Their coordination with the utility companies was incredible. We were never without water or power or gas for more than a few hours even though EVERYTHING had to be moved. Pam is a master communicator and really keeps things moving. Chris is the visionary and walked us through what was going to be done and when and why certain decision had to be made (drainage, code, etc) and never tired of answering our questions. John was the site manager and was very easy to work with and kept the building humming along. The whole project was competed quickly and we could not be happier. We really, really recommend Strongbuilt!

Dispite the City's remote inspections the scammers not only left with my money, they left the house uninhabitable and their poor work had to be redone. Chip agreed to complete the job on a "pay as we go" basis. He estimated the costs I would incur and he stayed in the ball park. At some point we decided to remodel the whole house which added more cost but it was worth it. After completion he gave me a notebook of all receipts, checks and contact information of the subs.
