Every trade that worked on my home demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. They consistently arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the project, and even worked weekends to keep things moving. It was obvious that everyone took pride in their work and genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product. Any additional requests that I made, (and there were many), were never an issue, and they still completed the project on schedule. Cameron, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure every aspect of the project was done right.

We were out of town when the remodeling was done, and were assured that we would get an update every week on the progress, with pictures. After a few weeks with no update, I finally hounded them for photos and did get them. When the large mirror was replaced in the bathroom, we noticed a large chip out of the corner. Unfortunately, I don't have any "before" pictures, but it wasn't there before they started. Finally, we were assured that there would be minimal "mess", and that they would put plastic down on the floor and over our electronics. I think our electronics were covered, but there is a trail of dirt on the carpeting where the dirt was tracked in. I've tried to shampoo it out, but it is still stained. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend them unless you were able to direct and watch the work on site.

I highly recommend Dolan Roofing.  Every single individual I worked with at Dolan was obviously…read morecommitted to quality work and customer satisfaction. From start to finish - from office staff to estimators to roofing crew, I was impressed with how professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, and skilled every person I dealt with at Dolan was and that they took genuine pride in their work and final product.    When Bill and Tony came to do the initial estimate, they both carefully examined my roof and came up with solutions for two leaks that other roofers had not been able to address over the years.  When tile and underlayment were removed and showed hidden damage over my porch, Tony clearly explained to me what the problem was, why it was a problem and what needed to be done to repair it.  I okayed the additional work, but Dolan ended up doing it for no extra cost.   We had a devastating hailstorm in Tucson in July.  Many of my neighbors had significant hail damage.   I referred Dolan to them.  One thing multiple neighbors mentioned was that they appreciated Bill Dolan's willingness to deal and work with the insurance adjusters, really making the process of filing a claim smooth and relatively painless.  I would also like to note that Dolan Roofing has integrity.  Two neighbors who requested estimates were told by Bill and Tony that the hail damage on their roofs was negligible and that their roofs did not need to be repaired at this point in time.    I have owned my 75 year old, red-tile roof home for over 40 years.  It is always a daunting and often painful task to have roofing repairs.  I appreciated the professionalism, skills, and expertise of the Dolan Roofing personnel.  A special shout out to Nina, Bill Dolan, Tony Brito, and Alexis. It was a pleasure to work with you - and, believe me, I have rarely said that after a roofing project was completed!

Bad Roof Job and Empty Promise - Buyer Beware I was…read morerenovating a property that had a main house and a guest house. There were a number of construction workers performing work on the property and Norton Construction was part of the working crew. I hired Jeremy Norton from Norton Construction to repair the existing roofs on 2 structures and to add a new roof to an addition on the main house. When all the work was done, I placed the home on the market, an interested buyer had the usual inspections done on the property. A home inspector, plumbing inspector, and roof inspector evaluated the property. The home inspector and the roof inspector evaluated the roofs on the 2 structures, and to my shock, the roofs were basically condemned by both inspectors. My Real Estate agent also had another roofing company, as a 3rd opinion, evaluate the roofs and the 3rd company had the same result came back in the report. I informed Jeremy of the results of the reports. To his credit, Jeremy did offer to come back and work on the roofs again, but the buyer had so little confidence based on the quality of work performed from the inspection reports that the buyers stated they would walk away from the deal unless I hired another contractor to fix the roofs correctly. I informed Jeremy that I had to purchase a new roof for both structures with another company due to lack of confidence from the buyers. I told Jeremy how disappointed I was with his work. Jeremy stated he would repay me back half of the money I paid him (half because he disagreed with the reports and argued that he should have been allowed to make repairs). To make a longer story short, I would NOT recommend Jeremy Norton or Norton Construction do any work in the future due to a sever lack of quality in his work and ethics. In addition, he has prolonged and avoided paying any amount back and I have given up on his promise. I would give ZERO stars, but the lowest rating is a ONE star
