Serena has been there to help me both times and is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. She knows what she's doing and gives just the right tips to make your experience that much better! Absolutely love the experience. I fell asleep this time being it wasn't my first time now and she said I got good REM sleep during my 90 minute float. I also have done the infrared sauna twice. And hydro massage bed is a perfect way to end your spa day off right! Hours of pure bliss

I absolutely enjoyed my time here my friend recommended this place to me and I decided to book my…read moreappointment. I saw a deal on Groupon for 60 minute floating therapy along with a 15 minute enhancement. I'll begin with the staff. The staff members were very friendly and they greeted me upon entry and asked if I had an appointment. Once I confirmed my appointment with them, They offered me a shower cap and then one of the girls immediately walked me to the spa side of the salon. I'll be honest I forgot their names but they were friendly and nice nonetheless. Next is the place itself. The place itself is very very clean. I can tell that this place is fairly new especially since this particular location was hard to find because there is no sign called "the float spa". This location is actually next to Raymour and Flanigan in the Deptford town center plaza and you have to enter through the "Hello gorgeous" hair salon. once I saw the salon I actually did see a sign in the window but it can easily be missed by someone who is not as familiar with the area. My float pod was very clean and I can tell that they actually do clean in between guests. The lady who helped me was very informative and she provided me with everything that I needed for my stay including ear plugs and a cushioned floating neck rest which was very needed because I cannot flow on my own lol The floating experience is self was very peaceful and I actually did end up falling asleep lol it was very clean in there and it was very warm and comforting especially with the music and the lights. I cannot do lights off in there whatsoever because I am afraid of the dark lol After the float therapy I tried to shower and wash off the salt but that was a fail. I still ended up with salt in the crevices so I ended up showering again once I got home. after showering I was guided to the Hydro massage bed for 15 minutes as an enhancement and that was just the icing on the cake! I understand that this place is still fairly new but one thing I would recommend is to have an actual swimming cap maybe or something to protect our hair because not everybody wants to get their hair wet. the shower cap was a great gesture but still got a little bit of water in my hair. other than that my stay here was excellent and this place truly deserves five stars from me!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! I went in for a spray tan (because Marilyn is…read morethe best in the business and I don't trust anyone else to make me look as natural as she does), and left with my teeth whitened and feeling energized from the cryotherapy. Let's start with the teeth. About a month ago I decided to finally splurge and go to my dentist for teeth whitening. It was $500, but I'm getting married so I thought why not. It took an hour, was extremely painful and barely made a difference. I then decided to try it at cryomist on a whim and in 15 minutes my teeth were white (but still looked natural) and had NO PAIN! And I have extremely sensitive teeth so this was pretty surprising. I then couldn't resist trying CryoTherapy because I've been hearing so many amazing things about it. I'm not gonna lie... it was FREEZING, but Jen talks you through the entire 3 minute process which kept me distracted from the cold. After, I felt energized and just amazing. Also, the weight loss is a nice perk :) All in all, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. It's reasonably priced, the staff is super nice and accommodating, and you'll leaving looking and feeling your best (but not like a Barbie doll, I promise).

He has walked off my job 3 times now and I as the consumer was left with the expense and aggravation of having to hire additional contractors to finish the work he refused to complete. He suggested that perhaps I should finish his portion of the job because he will not be working on it. He became very confrontational and behaved like a toddler when I confronted him about the job he was paid to do not being complete. He then lied to the vendor Thermasol about the issue and told them that he is being treated unfairly. He is unprofessional, has an incredibly bad attitude, and has no customer service skills. Furthermore he is careless and incompetent. Run, don't walk, away from doing business with this company.

Of course with any move there is time pressure and we asked Aaron to come by the Sunday after calling on Thursday. Whilst we could only find one jacuzzi technician online linked to Hoboken, who was not very flexible on timing, Aaron made time to come by Sunday morning. Even though it's not super cheap to have someone come by for 20 mins. only (not in the neighbourhood), we found it very reasonable and would recommend - he knocked off some bucks in the end also (I asked). He gave a few tips on maintenance and what we could do if we ever wanted to upgrade anything in the bathroom. Very genuine guy.
