Got completely screwed using Blue Meadow Homes. As soon as you sign the dotted line they will cut off all communication. No project oversight, constant missteps in contracted work, will charge you about 2x the going rate for any service, misappropriated funds (stole $5k from me) - lied constantly about ordering items I paid for and purchased (never received), and submitted several warranty claims that they were supposed to fix with month after month after month of follow up and it's almost been a year now and no one has contacted me or come out. I've had to reach out to the home manufacturer to reach out on my behalf and Blue Meadow Homes are ignoring them too. Now I am forced to file consumer complaints with my bank, the state, and take them to court. Avoid at all costs. read more

I have been complaining about my leaking windows for 3 months now and im being ignored by Blue Meadow Homes, 17487 US Hwy 75 903-532-3750. To date I have made at least 20 phone calls, and menny menny text to them and im being ignored. My concern is that there is water damage and there trying to not fix them and there waiting for the one year mark so it's out of warranty. DO NOT buy a home from them they will not help you once the home is delivered, there are also issues with the shower and electrical outlets and the foundation. Save yourself from a nightmare and DONT BUY FROM THEM. Zero stars read more

My good friend and I set out to make a change as we approached retirement, and chose to live in tiny homes on a plot of wooded land. We bought our homes from different dealers. She bought her tiny home from Blue Meadow Homes. Since I had bought mine first and was settled to watch the process when she bought hers and moved it out to our property, I got a close-up view of the process. Her house is lovely, with a sizable covered front porch, where she can relax in her porch swing and watch the sunset after work in the evenings. I have to say that I've been very impressed by the customer service of this manufactured home dealer. When she found a manufacturer's flaw that caused the sink to leak, the dealer sent someone out to fix it right away. They didn't want her to have to wait weeks or months for a factory rep to work her in. The same with the little areas that need repair after transporting the house to the property. I'm still waiting for the repair crew to let me know when they can come do the initial visit for those repairs nearly 3 months after buying my house. When she noticed there was a valve missing on the toilet...again a factory error... the dealer got his repair crew to install that valve. Blue Meadow Homes is apparently ALL ABOUT customer service...! I highly recommend that you consider buying from them to spare you all the frustration most home dealerships cause. I'll give credit where its due. If it weren't for Eli, my wife and I wouldn't have been able to get the home we wanted so badly. Ill say everything leading up to getting the house, was great. Everything after, has been total hell. House didn't come as ordered with wrong colors, countertops, and doors already messed up. Its been hell on earth for my wife and I to even get in contact with someone for repairs. Its ridiculous. It shouldn't be this hard to keep someone in the loop. I am disappointed to say the least. read more

Update on last review. I wrote my last review in hast. We went in and spoke to Eli the business owner. And everything was a big misunderstanding. With everything on going on with the market and building supplies things are crazy. We got a new closing date and delivery date of our home. We left with a better understanding on what to expect. We are sure everything they will be great now. Eli was so great and understanding. I owe The Blue Meadow homes family Apology for the first review.
